"In A Nutshell: Wow, Sushi Takashi is definitely a really good Japanese sushi restaurant. It's located in the heart of Chinatown off of Spring Mountain Rd. I really liked the ambiance inside of the restaurant as it feels very cozy w/ private spaces like you'd find in Japan. The menu is HUGE! There's lots of pages filled w/ highly detailed information of all of their food, beverages even little challenges (like their hidden wasabi rolls) tips (like their how to properly use chopsticks etiquette). The Salmon Skin Salad is something you should start off with b/c the flavors are amazing! Their most famous dish is the Sushi Stairway (as seen in the photos below). You get one piece of all the classic nigiri each one tastes very fresh. I also really like their own brewed soy sauce which is available on the table.Overall, this is one of my favorite sushi restaurants in Las Vegas."
