"I've been living a sushi lie! I thought all this time I've tasted good sushi, no way! Not until I went and ate at Sushi Takashi. This is by far the best sushi I've had the pleasure to eat. The amount of flavor the chefs achieve is mind blowing. The staff is very helpful, knowledgable of the menus, and attentive. The chefs themselves are so kind to their customers and masters at what they do. They even sometimes send out random samples of items made special by them to just enjoy. I thought this spoke a lot about the pride they take in their work. They know no matter what they send you, you will enjoy it. I know I did!! I went out on a limb and tried items I never have tried before ever and got the happy hour carpaccio. I also let the chefs choose the fish to use. I was NOT disappointed. It was so well prepared and sliced the fish all but melted in my mouth. I fully recommend the Kyote roll if you want a well made and flavor packed roll. Truly delicious Sushi at reasonable prices!! I will come back every time I'm in town just to enjoy the food as well as the Chefs here . Thank you Chef Takashi and Chef Koji for a wonderful meal."

Delicious!!!!! Great service, great food. Once you order the service is quick and food begins to come out as ready. Servers are attentive and sweet. The food is well portioned and the Tuna is amazing!!!!

It's a wonderfully balanced and authentic Japanese dining experience. Sushi Takashi has quickly become my new favorite spot for Japanese cuisine.

Among the many excellent Japanese restaurants in Las Vegas, this place ranks in my top five. The sushi quality is outstanding and the prices are quite reasonable. The service is very friendly, although I did have to wait about ten minutes while my friend enjoyed their food before mine arrived. Despite that, I can't bring myself to take away a star. The atmosphere is relaxed, and it's not too noisy, making it easy to have a conversation.
