"On Sunday, September 11, 2022, at 10:20 AM, I visited the Hardee's drive-thru and found myself waiting behind about five cars. As I listened to other customers discussing their orders, it became clear that the restaurant was out of food and running low on gravy, which resulted in a lot of confusion and frustration. The whole situation felt chaotic, and it seemed like the drive-thru staff were rushing to send customers away rather than addressing their concerns. Unfortunately, this was the worst customer service I've ever encountered at this Hardee's, and I believe the manager should be replaced, as there was a noticeable lack of customer service skills. Many customers, myself included, were left waiting for our breakfasts while the employees continued to push us through the line without resolution. I think it's important for someone to look into this issue, as Hardee's is currently not projecting a positive image in terms of customer service. I regret having to bring this up, but it reflects the situation I experienced."
