"We were waiting nearly 30 minutes for our food, they had us pull up so their numbers would look good. And then when they finally got our food out, it was a different cars food. We went inside and gave it back to get the right food, and they just sent the food back out to the correct car. For those who didn't know, this goes against food safety rules. It's unsanitary and you don't know what could have been done to the food in this time. You have to throw it away and remake it.On top of that, they acted like we didn't know what we ordered and were very rude. I get that it's fast food, and generally I don't care about bad service from fast food places. But the food safety violation was abysmal. What the hell? Yall need to retrain or something."

Food was not hot. When told about the cold fries, they suggested that it be replaced. The Chicken sandwich was dry, didn't have any spicy flavor or any flavor at all, like it had been sitting under the heat lamp a long while. When my fries were replaced, it seemed as though there was an attitude, so I didn't mention about my Nashville chicken sandwich.

Nobody expects good service at a Hardee’s but holy cow but this place takes it to a whole new level. The ordering board is completely black, making it impossible to see what to order or the prices unless you already know what you want. I tried to change my order when I got to the window, but was told I couldn’t. The woman serving me was rude and unhelpful when I asked to speak to the manager; she just glanced over at her without calling her over. The customer service here is very disappointing!

You cannot say enough about the awesome energy these employees put into customer service and customer satisfaction during the mad rush during breakfast hours. I applaud them all! No matter how tedious the job can be, they maintain a positive attitude and the team work is remarkable. I was so impressed that I didn't want to leave even after getting my two for five. Keep up the good work and I'm sure this location will be in the top five of Hardee's list of best locations!
