"I was blown away by AO Hawaiian Hideout. Let me start with the service: the waiters were so friendly and quick. Our server apologized for the wait time for the food, but the food came out pretty quickly! They made us feel welcome and gave greatservice with a smile. The food was great! The loco moco was so hearty and delicious. I?m usually pretty skeptical of sushioutside of a Japanese restaurant, but the sushi did not disappoint. While I was not a fan of the choice of noodle for the padThai, the flavor more than made up for it. The Penang poutine was my favorite dish as the curry had such a rich flavor while thebasil and red onion perfectly complemented the sweet potato fries. And the mango colada was refreshing and came in a fun coconutcup. Lastly, the decorations and ambiance helped us to feel and home. Seeing the fun Star Wars tiki cups added a bit of fun tosuch a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, our experience at this restaurant was perfect and it has already become a favorite spot inthe city."

"My wife and I were here a few weeks ago as guests of my mother. My mother ordered a pasta dish, I had a Philly steak sandwich, and my wife had the deconstructed California roll salad. We were left disappointed. Firstly, the dining room décor was dull. Everything in there is brown. Secondly, the food took entirely too long to arrive. When we asked our what the hold-up was, he explained that they were training some new cooks and that they weren't up to speed yet. Which would have made sense had the dining room not been roughly three quarters empty. Thirdly, and most disappointingly, my wife ordered her salad without the bell peppers. She simply doesn't like them. The salad had the peppers. Fortunately she doesn't have a food allergy, so she decided to eat around them. Then she saw the fly. A dead fly under the avocados. She sent it back immediately, and, stomach sufficiently turned, decided not to eat anything else that evening. Here's the punchline. Our server attempted to upsell us some desserts after he took the offending salad away. Craft, you failed. I don't care how green your cooks are, allowing flies on your food is unacceptable. You're supposed to have a pest control plan in place, are you following it? Because flies in the kitchen would suggest otherwise. Brookings lost a perfectly good Godfather's Pizza so you could be in that location. Do better. Or don't, we won't be back either way."

"My family and I always have dinner here while on our annual vacation at Disney's Vero Beach Resort. Tonight's dinner did not disappoint we ordered four different entrees, and everything was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious! The Bacon Crusted Salmon was accompanied with a jam that was full of flavor and made this dish stand out! The Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin was delicious! Pork tenderloin can be a tricky dish to not dry out or be overcooked, but this was prepared flawlessly. The dark cherry jus was amazing! The last two dishes were from their daily specials menu the New York Strip with mashed potatoes and Swordfish with broccolini and truffle oil wedge potatoes. We would order everything again in a heartbeat. Our server was really nice and service was top notch. We sat in their sunroom dining room, and I loved the view of the foliage. It was a wonderful dinner that accompanied a fun resort day!"

"early for our reservation and hostesses didn't sit us. I asked for an empty one, but hostess said it wasn't ready. they said they were text, but not. they sat a bigger party (we were 2 people) so I approached the writing again and noticed that they were sitting and the standing I inquired was still empty. she finally sat at the desired stand. we wanted to get our order, but we were ready. two commands of tacos. we waited 45 minutes and were told that it served a party of 30, but our food came soon. after an hour, the food was not ready or cooked. we left. I had a mobile order in while we waited for johnny rockets and built the time when we left uno, our food was ready. I get that there are things from a restaurant control, but something that bind us next to chips) that were not refilled would have gone far. will not be back soon!"

"1 year update: My favorite restaurant, being a Lakewood local. Best joint around, hands down. The owner Vince Chere who will probably greet you are just amazing people. Come here, you won't regret it. Celiac safe too! Chere the one who took my order today and Vince, the owner, are AMAZING. I have Celiac disease so eating out can be hard and frustrating because not only my allergy to gluten but gluten free food that has been cross contaminated with food that does have gluten (shared surfaces, shared deep fryers, pans utensils et cetera) but NOT AT ZEST! Even though they are not a dedicated gluten free restaurant both Chere and Vince went out of their way to tell me what was safe (pretty much everything) and not only what was safe but how they were going to prepare it to make it safe, giving me peace of mind. I got the Pork Chop off the dinner menu and it was AMAZING! Zest is a small cozy place, bar, with great outdoor seating and a nice breakfast setting. Next time I'm trying breakfast and next dinner a GF Pizza. After this amazing first experience I'll be back again and again, probably tomorrow! If you're looking for well priced high quality food, Zest is it. Got celiac disease or on a GF diet? Zest is the best. Support this small business and enjoy some amazing food, service, and conversation. EDIT FOR SECOND MEAL EXPERIENCE Got the Buffalo Slider with truffle fries they used corn starch instead of flour just for my allergy, and fried in a separate pan. Amazing burger, HUGE too. Picture makes the burger look boring and fries look weird (mostly due to the cornstarch) but trust me that is the way it should look because it's the best GF buffalo burger I've ever had."

"My family and I visited Inn Spot for Christmas in 2018. It was our first Christmas without my Mom, so I wanted to try something new for my Dad and three children. The dinner was amazing for all 5 of us (my husband couldn't join us due to a fever). I couldn't stop praising the food to my husband, and my Dad agreed that it was outstanding and well worth the 50-minute drive. However, when just the three of us returned for Christmas Day in 2019, we were disappointed for various reasons. The service was great and the location was beautiful, but my Dad found the goose to be not as good as the previous year, describing it as "grainy and dry." The stuffing in my turkey dinner had large chunks of bread and lacked flavor. Additionally, the waiter had incorrectly described a gingerbread chiffon dessert as actually being a piece of gingerbread, causing some confusion. Despite this, the ambiance was lovely, and we felt bad for hyping up the restaurant based on our perfect experience the year before. The portions were generous, the flavors were nice, and the prices were reasonable."

"We were thrilled to be within walking distance of this restaurant! The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. I ordered the southwest chicken salad served in a warm bread bowl, and it was fantastic! My husband enjoyed the wings, while our kids had the mini burgers and mozzarella sticks. Everything was delicious! We'll definitely return before we leave, and we plan to come back next summer, hoping to try some of their cocktails! Thank you for your hospitality and delicious food!"

"This place use to have me in a chokehold eating the oxtails weekly since November 2022. However, a couple of weeks ago I got my usual, and it smelled off putting, and when I tasted it most definitely wasn’t any good. I chalked it up to just an off day, and tried it again today. What a waste of money the meat was extremely tough, the favor wasn’t there, and the portions definitely decreased. The chicken extremely dry, and overly spiced. I don’t recommend them anymore, and I’m not sure what changed but it hasn’t been the same for months, and you can tell. Customer service isn’t as good as it used to be either, but the island punch smack however I’m not making the trip just for a drink."

"Visit this place on August 12th as a Doordash person. The worst experience ever. The teenagers working there were purposely ignoring me at the Doordash pick up window. I was there for about 8 minutes. Also, I was able to see my costumers order sitting in the freezer. The manager on call looked at me and kept standing in the corner. I left to pick up another order from Kotens. When I came back I was ignore for another 3 minutes until this young lady came from the back to assist me with my pick up. Her name was Caitlin. Very friendly nice young lady. The rest of the rest of the team there.....horrible!! I purposely decline orders from this place moving forward."

"Whispers is great place for vibes giving its right on the beach . Drinks were really good. However not too fond of the new menu change. $26 for the Ahi nachos was pretty good before they changed the recipe. No more home made tortilla chips or fresh avocado. Just a slop of guacamole and now give u less for same price as before. Overall the experience and drink is win. (Go back to first recipe of nacho's please)"
