There are two main reasons for this: they offer healthy, fresh food at a fair price, and their staff is cheerful and helpful. Today, I discovered a third reason to love Sebastian's. Despite a mistake in my order, they went above and beyond to take care of me, even though they didn't know if I was a regular customer or not. Everyone makes mistakes, and today it was Sebastian's turn. However, it's how a company handles mistakes that truly sets them apart. After notifying them of the error at 12:21, I received an apology and an offer for a refund and replacement meal by 12:33. By 1:12, I was informed that my refund would be processed that day.
