When I voiced my concerns, I was quickly connected to the manager or owner, who offered me a refund or the missing item along with a gift card if I came to the restaurant. While the manager was polite and apologized, I could hear him snickering during our conversation, which was quite off-putting. Overall, this was not a positive customer service experience with this establishment."
