"I had high expectations for this restaurant. It is trying to be a hipster restaurant. Great atmosphere with an interesting menu. I wanted to change the time of my reservation but the online reservation system is horrible and the restaurant did not answer its telephone....The wine list is atrocious. Only two or three white wines available by the glass. None were premium or on the better side of average. Definitely not worth buying. No bread served. Water never refilled. Food was on the better side of average but for the prices charged there are much better restaurants in Quebec City. Essentially, the restaurant is charging fine dining prices for bar food and cocktails."

"It started off fine. A table was seated next us, and we shared the same waitress. They received their food 20 minutes before us, and we were there 30 minutes before them. My daughter's hamburger was dry with little cheese. My other daughter's fries were kinda gross, but they both are it because they were hungry. My husband's steak was over cooked, and dry. Again he ate it because he was hungry. My steak was burned, not cooked the way I asked. But we didn't want to send our food back so we dealt with it. My baked potato did not come with butter or sour cream. The waitress took my drink cup, and did not return it. The appetizer was very delicious though. We would have spoke to the waitress but she was busy, and we didn't want to have to wait for them to recook the food. I also saw a cook and a female employee arguing near the kitchen. This was definitely not a very enjoyable experience."

"Fun time in a beautiful location on a marina surrounded by huge Yachts. The food was good and well priced. The live music was way too loud causing everyone to have to yell to be heard. So that was a negative to me. Our server Shannon was super and we had a good time."

"The burgers at this restaurant are delicious. A friend brought me here. I really wish that I had known about this spot sooner, but I am still glad I was able to experience and eat some delicious food at this spot. The first thing about this good place isdefinitely the atmosphere and vibe. After I entered the restaurant, a very casual and comfy vibe welcomed me. The staff herewere also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We went here for their burgers, and they have a nice and different option fortheir burgers. Aside from burgers, they also have other good food options on their menu. I got myself their bacon cheese burger.I also ordered a milkshake and onion rings. Food came fast despite the restaurant being busy on that particular day. The burgerlooks really good. It was definitely greasy and, at the same time, juicy. It was also huge, and it was definitely reasonable forits price. I like the overall flavor of it. It was seasoned perfectly. The bacon, the patty, and everything else were perfectlycooked. The onion rings that we ordered were also perfectly cooked and well-seasoned. The food was really good and verysatisfying. The milkshakes are also as good as the food. This restaurant was great and definitely one of the best burger spotsI've visited. I highly recommend it."

"Nice lunch right by the river, literally. I haven't been here for a few years, but I'm glad I'm back. Retired, casual vibe. decent cocktails and food. Not exceptional, but good. Cocktails to begin, they were good, not too strong, but adequately cast and well made. We had a cup of shells, hot and very tasty. Then for the Entree we shared a captain's plate, which was very good and served hot directly from the frit. The seafood was fresh and perfectly cooked, the dough light and crisp. Fries and vegetables were standard and not worth mentioning. Our waitress was exceptional, professional, fast, very pleasant and seemed really happy there. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name. We were happy with our lunch on the water. We'll be back sooner."

"My friends I wanted to try a new restaurant to celebrate a friends birthday here. Big mistake. Ambiance is beautiful, service food is underwhelming. Our server didn’t acknowledge the birthday nor did she go through the menu or explain any of their cocktails. I asked her opinion on the “Guava Paradise” cocktail her response was “well do you like guava?”. Long wait times on cocktails while only 3 other tables were seated. We ordered a ton of tapas nothing was memorable. The shrimp ceviche was so bad, we asked to remove it from the table. Considering the variety of the menu, the fried brussel sprouts shouldn’t have been one of the best things we ate. We constantly had to stack dirty plates to make more room on our table. We were expecting maybe a small dessert for the birthday girl, but the server brought us the check while still having dirty plates on the table. The shrimp ceviche was not removed there was a charge for extra bread from one of our tapas. (A gentleman asked if we wanted more for the ricotta w/ jam plate since it already came with bread, but never mentioned it being additional. We would’ve still said yes if he would’ve mentioned the up charge, it’s the principle. When she dropped the check, she abruptly walked away I had to get up to ask her privately if they do anything for birthdays. She responded “yes, why?”… Lol. I mentioned it was my friends birthday, shortly after the table was cleared for us. One gentleman brought us churros a few minutes after she brought us what looked like a cheesecake, but didn’t explain anything until we asked. There were no plates or silverware to eat until we had to ask again. After dessert, we explained the items on our check instead of apologetically taking care of it or grabbing a manager, she tried to ask who brought us what and who took the ceviche for the table. Like started pointing fingers at the gentleman in the restaurant. The food is overrated overpriced. Cocktails good, but we won’t be back."

"I didn’t even know this place existed even though I live right down the street. I’m kicking myself for not finding Faceless Samurai earlier.I went in for a quick lunch and was greeted by the owner Duke (not sure if that’s how you spell his name). There is nothing I appreciate more than warm hospitality and that’s exactly what I got from the second I walked in.I ordered my favorite sushi, Salmon Skin Rolls. I can tell you that I haven’t had anything that I would even consider decent in any other sushi restaurant in the USA, including Nobu.This was without hesitation the absolute best salmon skin roll I have had.The spicy tuna roll I had was also delicious. This isn’t your regular sushi restaurant. It’s incredible. The prices are extremely decent and you’ll love he atmosphere. Don’t let the shopping plaza exterior deceive you. It’s beautiful inside.I can’t wait to go back for more. That’s how you know it’s a great place, I’m already planning the next visit before I even left!"

"We also appreciated their COVID precautions, as our son is immunocompromised, and we want to ensure his health is never compromised. This experience got us thinking—since it’s a cocktail bar, the setup is so inviting, we decided to throw a nice 13th birthday celebration for our kiddo in February. He’s not quite ready to dine in traditional restaurants yet, so this is a fantastic way for just the three of us to enjoy a safe outing together. I know some people have criticized the way they run their business, but I truly value their commitment to keeping employees and guests safe. COVID is still a real concern, despite what some may think; I’m sure making that decision wasn’t easy for them. We would choose this place over others that seem to disregard safety. Anyway, last night we had a wonderful time celebrating our son’s 13th birthday! I made a reservation about a month ago and requested a fire pit as well. I did mess up that request, but whoever I was messaging on Instagram was incredibly understanding and kind. When we arrived, everything was running smoothly right from the moment we checked in. They have hand sanitizer and masks available, and you check in outside. You can order and pay directly from your phone—such a convenient setup! Just keep your mask ready for when your drinks are brought to you, which we were happy to do. We had a fantastic time enjoying our greenhouse and the fire pit. The waitress was super friendly and even took care of our last round of drinks—how generous! I will definitely continue to support this place, and we plan to pick up some cocktail kits because their liquor is outstanding—strong, but not the kind that makes you gag, which I really appreciate! Thank you so much for everything you do!"
