"Nice lunch right by the river, literally. I haven't been here for a few years, but I'm glad I'm back. Retired, casual vibe. decent cocktails and food. Not exceptional, but good. Cocktails to begin, they were good, not too strong, but adequately cast and well made. We had a cup of shells, hot and very tasty. Then for the Entree we shared a captain's plate, which was very good and served hot directly from the frit. The seafood was fresh and perfectly cooked, the dough light and crisp. Fries and vegetables were standard and not worth mentioning. Our waitress was exceptional, professional, fast, very pleasant and seemed really happy there. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name. We were happy with our lunch on the water. We'll be back sooner."

The Saturday Rib Eye Special was well-seasoned and delicious. The Mahi with mango salsa was outstanding (and I'm a seafood lover). Highly recommended! The appetizers featured heifers (which were average) served with a spicy scuba sauce and a spinach cream soup that was above average. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was lively. We definitely plan to return! Just a happy update from our next visit: we enjoyed the smoked fish, which had excellent flavor.
