"Not sure where to start on this review, overall it was a disappointing experience. We were super excited to have afternoon tea, my daughter wants to go to England on our next trip. Let's start with the tea: we chose earl gray, black with peach and peppermint. The best was the earl gray however they refill your tea (add water to the pot) and none of the teas even got half the flavor as the first round. One thing I am going to disagree with on most other reviews is theluxury upgrade was worth it, the sliders were amazing. The rest of the snacks were overall a let down. The sandwiches were smoked salmon and ham/cheese and the bread was quite dry especially towards the edges. It would have been great tostart with a lighter, fresher sandwich (cucumber for example) as overall the food was heavy. The scones were good but nothing special. The pastries were the best of the experience but none that I would make a trip over for. Lots ofpotential but not worth the cost."

"This place is the bestttttt. I would give it 5 stars on their food alone because from their fresh bagels, bialys, cream cheese, and all the various egg sandwich offerings, they make GREAT breakfast food. But the service is so excellent too. The super friendly staff really completes the picture of the overall perfect spot to grab a classic New York breakfast. Also, try the green sauce. I don't know what's in it (jalapeño? cilantro?? ??‍ but it was friggin' delicious with my eggs. Please stay on 30th ave forever, thank you."

"Terrible experience... I ordered delivery and waited nearly two hours for my food, which never arrived. When I called, they told me the delivery driver had just left five minutes ago. After waiting another 30 minutes with still no food (and I live less than five minutes away), I called again and requested fresh food, saying I would just pick it up myself. I went to pick it up, but when I got home, the food was awful. To make matters worse, I woke up this morning to find that they charged my card twice and told me the extra charge should be refunded by Monday."

"Bottom line up front: The restaurant staff is friendly and well meaning, but they appear overwhelmed, you might be waiting for a while. The restaurant could use a good cleaning...I def experienced sticky floors. That being said, the food is awesome! (And well worth the wait) I ordered the Godzilla roll (I recommend), which was a tasty combination of different fish (I think Tuna and Scallops) and the St. Petersburg. The rolls' rice was cooked to perfection, and the texture was spot on: crunchy when it was supposed to be, and soft when it was supposed to be. Wife had the Spider roll and the Golden roll. Her only complaint was that the Golden roll had too much tempura."

"There wasn't anything we tried that we didn't like! Don't go to Mickey Mantle's if you're in a hurry though. Our reservation was at 7 and we didn't tab out until 9:45, and that wasn't because we were lingering. The experience is meant to be just that, an experience. I also wouldn't go if you're expecting some cheap options. Everything is pricey but everything we ordered was worth it. The drink menu is well rounded, with something for everyone and a delicious Pinot Grigio. "We went to Dante’s as a large group of adults and kids after a soccer game for a local tournament. After 20-30 minutes of being seated, we finally got our order taken. The staff was friendly and did the best they could, but the kitchen definitely wasn’t prepared for us even though we were the only ones in the restaurant on a Friday night. It took at least an hour to get our food. For some reason the Philly Cheesesteak came with mayonnaise, so we asked for no mayo. The food didn’t have a ton of flavor and was disappointing. Unfortunately will not be a go-to for us next time we’re in Richmond."

"We ordered the Billy's Classic Burger for $15.00, with a choice of cheddar, Swiss, provolone, pepper jack, or bleu cheese (with jalapeño cream cheese for an extra $0.50). I opted for Swiss cheese, while my daughter chose provolone. The burgers were served on a delicious, toasted bun! They are made with fresh ingredients, cooked to a perfect medium, and come on a brioche bun with a choice of fries, homemade potato chips, or Baja slaw. We went with the fries, which were served hot but were more like heated pommes and quite difficult to chew. The service was excellent, but I really wish I had chosen the homemade potato chips instead of the fries. Overall, I give it three stars."

"Rare find in Upstate New York. The sashimi was so fresh and well prepared. The salmon was buttery and almost melted in my mouth. Their fatty tuna was equally delicious. While their sushi and sashimi are my favorite by far, their other dishes are equally wonderful. Everything I have eaten there is fresh and high quality, I recommend their coconut yellow curry, the vegetable version is my favorite, but the chicken one is delicious as well. Can't miss if you are in the mood for some delicious Asian food."

"For a brew house style restaurants my experience was mediocre at best. It was not particularly crowded but the service both for my server and the kitchen was very slow. I ordered the jambalaya which was good except that they put it over rice pilaf instead of wild rice as would be traditional. I got a tomato and mozzarella salad . I was expecting wedges of tomato wedges of mozzarella but instead had overripe tomatoes and little tiny grape size balls of mozzarella. The balsamic vinaigrette was very good. My friend got the prime rib which was cooked perfectly but the meal came with no bread. Both meals were basically $35 one big bowl of rice and the other was one plate with a large prime rib mashed potatoes and a vegetable but the same price. As I said , pretty mediocre not worth the money at all, I guess the management believes that being on Hall Road makes the place fancy."

"The food here is pretty mediocre here. It's ok for a fast meal in a pinch but it's not good quality here. Out of all the times I've been here, The service is unprofessional to say the least. Quality- the hou fun was very salty and the vegetables are tough to bite into. The meat was also chewy so it takes a lot of chewing to get through it. The shrimp fried rice is standard....Nothing special. Quantity- an ok amount comes for the price. You will get full for a low cost. Atmosphere- I hate the chairs and small spacing between tables. Not enough personal space or outdoor seating. Service- one time I came here over the weekend to get lunch with a friend and the manager (larger 6' asian guy with big belly) would constantly pester us to leave because we overstayed our welcome. His reasoning is because we finished eating and aren't ordering anything else. We were only there for an hour and ordered two dishes and boba. The food/boba was good but the demeanor of the staff ruined our experience. We were asked to leave every 5 minutes after 30 minutes of being there. Next, they declined to give us water and then they thrusted the checks in our face while we were still eating. When we paid, we sat there a bit longer to finish the food and it was then we heard the manager start complaining about us not leaving in another language (cantonese) to the waiters. Because of this poor service, I left no tip for the manager which pissed him off so he forced us out of the restaurant. There was also no line outside so I don't understand what the rush was. We weren't rude or loud at all. We sat at a small table and just chatted while eating food. There were people there that were much louder than us but also understandably paid more. Regardless, this is no way to treat paying customers."
