"To start, ordering our food was frustrating, I had to repeat at least 3x for each item we ordered. They didn’t give us our total, we paid with visa and got charged to use a visa debit. We ordered 3 items, medium pizza with one topping, a wrap and cheese fries and the total was 50$. Seems a bit too high for the items we ordered. When we called they explained all the little charges, delivery charge was $4 and visa debit was for 3$. Absolutely insane. Do not eat here. You’ll be ripped off. Food was okay, but not for the price. It’s located in Hell kitchen near the intrepid museum, we walked over after getting off of the museum before doing the harbor night cruise, When I tell you, the smell, the atmosphere, the food, the taste, the slices were awesome, the white pizza was hands-down the best pizza I’ve ever had. "I absolutely love this place; they serve the best pizza and pasta dishes in the area. However, I’ve had some frustrating experiences with one of the delivery staff. There’s a man with a thick Hispanic accent who answers the phone and he can be quite rude. On several occasions, when I’ve asked for the total, he has responded with an attitude, telling me that I’ll find out the price when the food arrives, or that he’s too busy to provide the total. This makes it difficult for customers who need to know if they can afford what they’re ordering. They really need to keep him away from the phone. I almost canceled my order this weekend because of his attitude, which has been an ongoing issue. If I experience the same rudeness next time I call, I will cancel my order and speak to a manager."

"I went with a chicken roll after being super indecisive, only to hear most people ordering the meatball hero. Ill have to come back and try that one or any of the parm hero's which seem to be the most popular items here. My roll was a little over cooked i wasn't too happy with the chicken and the oven heated it up way too slow, it seems like just the outside was warmed up. Kind of odd. "I have an online order Sunday 11/20. I got my order and my steak sandwich was missing. I went up again to get it after the call. The food sat on a table behind the podium and it was all about 5 minutes at least before someone actually helped me despite a waitress standing on the podium on the front. I even said I was here to get the rest of my order and still ignored me. Another girl came up and gave it to me and didn't have to ask what I was for. That means the first girl could have picked it up and handed it over to me. When I came home, it was cold and the pommes were wounded. We have recently held subdivision sessions to bring you money because people order food. This is not the type of service I expect, and I am really unhappy."

The service was chaotic, with an overwhelming number of servers darting around without any clear direction. The atmosphere felt lifeless, and the decor left much to be desired. My server never checked in to see how I was doing or offered a drink refill. The pizza was disappointing, featuring an excessively thin crust that was overloaded with gluten. Our total for two adults and two children under five came to $58, which felt like a complete waste of money. For comparison, we frequently dine at Texas Roadhouse and other local restaurants where our bills have never topped $50. I've learned my lesson: if a restaurant is empty, it's probably wise to walk away and save your time and money. I wouldn't be surprised if this place shuts down within the next six months, as it also lacked cleanliness and proper maintenance."
