"I remember stopping by Wahlburgers when I went to Boston and thought they had a decent burger. I was excited to learn that we had a Wahlburgers in Palo Alto and had to check it out. Order at the counter or at the kiosk. You get a buzzer when you order at the counter ; it buzzes to let you know your order is ready. Kiosk ordering texts you when your order is ready. Unfortunately, once we placed the order, we did not receive the confirmation text it was supposed to send us. So we weren 't 100% sure the order went through. We ordered 3 burgers and there was something wrong with each one: Burger #1 : Our Burger (medium bacon extra tomatoes, lettuce pickles. We received Our Burger without bacon. Burger #2 : Our Burger (medium rare bacon extra tomatoes, lettuce pickles. We received all the fixings (yay! , but the patty looks just like the medium of the other 2 burgers we ordered. Burger #3 : Our Burger (medium no onions. We received no onions (yay! , but they also gave us no pickles. Men 's and Women 's restrooms at the rear of the restaurant. You can also access it from the side entrance if you 're dining in their outdoor/sidewalk patio seating (instead of walking all the way to the front door at the corner and then all the way to the back of the restaurant... unless you need to get more Fitbit steps . Our Burger, plus fries : I may stop by here again if I 'm in the area, however I wouldn 't go out of my way to come here. For some reason I remember the burgers being much better in Boston. Or perhaps it is a case of vacation food tends to taste better? ."
