Can't rate anything else, walked out after being ignored by the wait staff 1720 to 1740 on Saturday Aug 12th. The hostess gave us our waters but the waitress gave food to the table behind us and ignored us. Then later asked the same table if their food tasted ok, and yet again ignored us.

First time ever being to a Wahlburgers needless to say I was very disappointed. Bought fried pickles for $8.99 and only received 9 slices of pickle that is a dollar a fried pickle what a rip-off! Very disappointing burger was lousy and cold fries Wasexpecting way better food then what I was served. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone anywhere

Food was 2 hrs late, cold, soggy, missing items. The manager gave us gift cards as apology with $0 on them... Shouldn't even give them a one star but that's the lowest I can put on here. Waited two hours for the food, were starving by the time we got it and were told it was just made. It was burnt, cold, the items were missing half ingredients. I absolutely adore the new manager at this restaurant! She provided excellent service to our table - she was honest, professional, and kind. To top it off, she even went above and beyond by offering us 2 complimentary milkshakes when our burgers weren't cooked to our liking. She genuinely cared about our satisfaction and took our feedback to heart. I definitely plan on returning to this restaurant if I'm ever in the area again. The fried onion strips were particularly delicious!

God was great but server was not. Server was nice but listening was not a strong character in this person. Serving food was not the calling intended for this person. The atmosphere was good for a Thursday evening.Wheelchair accessibility: This establishment is chair friendly. I could have easily eaten here when I was in my chair. Plenty of wide openings and a great floor layout, each bathroom has a wide door and single toilet in each room. No stalls so you could get your chair in an easy position to transfer.

We had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. The manager/server was incredibly nice and efficient, managing the busy dining area with ease. The food was presented beautifully and tasted fantastic. Everything, including the burgers, was made in-house and tasted fresh. The salad dressing and croutons were wonderful. We even received complimentary shakes because my burger was slightly undercooked. Overall, we give this restaurant a 5 out of 5 rating for their excellent service and delicious food. I can only comment on the service and atmosphere as we didn't end up eating here. We sat down and placed our order for drinks nearly immediately. About ten minutes later our server took our food order. We thought it was a little long considering there were only three other tables occupied but they were short staffed. About ten minutes after we placed our food order the server asked for clarification on our drinks. At this point we decided to go elsewhere. If the server was just now getting to the point of entering our order after we were sitting there for over twenty minutes without drinks I didn't feel like they valued the customer enough for me to eat there.

Went here to watch some March Madness on a Friday around 1pm. Not busy at all, seated right away and they put us near some TVs as requested. They have an unlimited boneless wings and fry deal currently going on (March 2022) and it's like only $12. Supergood deal. They have 3 different sauces, so not the greatest selection but they were all very good. BBQ, buffalo, and a tangyAsian sauce that was super good. The first plate they bring out is loaded, probably like 18 wings, so already worth the price.After that they bring out about 12 at a time. The atmosphere was clean. The service was absolutely horrible from Jennifer. We got water after 25 minutes, our food came after i went to the front about water and the customers in front of us receiving horsd' oeuvres 10 minutes after getting there whilewe're waiting for water. Thanks to the hostess who brought our food or it would have been ice cold because it was luke warm whenwe got it. The onion rings were losing stamina, getting soggy. Im sure it wasn't the kitchens fault that we ordered well doneburgers but got medium rare. In culinary, i was taught to not send food back.
