"The pizzas are delicious, particularly if you prefer your toppings under the cheese. However, the service tends to be hit or miss. The ambiance can also fluctuate; there are moments when it’s quite nice, but other times it’s less appealing. Because the restaurant is situated in a parking lot, finding a parking spot can be chaotic during peak hours, and you may notice some questionable individuals hanging around at night."

"Terrible service!!!!!!!!! I ordered through Papa Johns online and they outsourced it to Door Dash. SMH. He took FOREVER. I didn 't receive my drink and when I called the driver he said they never gave it to him-with an attitude. When I called the store, I was told they DID give it to him and he sounded SO unconcerned. Oh, by the way, my pizza was cold as hades and had a 'bubble ' in it that the manager said everyone had called about today and the company they got it from sent them bad dough. Like he gave ZERO effs! I just moved to New Orleans and don 't know my way around yet. After waiting over 2 hours for food, I now have to leave my hotel and go out in an unknown city and pay an arm and a leg for a beverage. Awful experience without an iota of warmth or care from the store or driver. I will do Domino 's or Pizza Hut next time. I have lived in 5 states and this is the WORST Papa John 's experience I have EVER had."

"We experienced a bad night at this location after ordering on line amd it glitching in between being sent to pappa johns our order was made wrong,so we immediately called and spoke to Courtney who refused to remake or pizza or refund our money instead we were told call pappa johns customer support,well needless to say it's been a Month and half we have been constantly calling and keep getting its being expedited and someone will call us still no call ..I have documented all calls and have my receipt .it baffles me that this is how pappa johns treats its customers instead of must remaking two pizzas we have got the run around we are beyond upset at this point!! I will not let it go especially after how management treated us"

"My experience was totally horrible I order my food and then check and hour and a half later to see where's my food and they said my order is just now leaving out the door now that's very unacceptable very unprofessional I wasted a whole night trying to get dinner but wind up not eating dinner because of the wait smh.. totally horrible horrible horrible horrible"

"So I just ordered pizza from Papa John’s and the first pizza was made correctly but was missing the spicy Italian sausage (which was $5 extra), so I contacted the location and informed them that it was made missing my Italian sausage on my pizza. I was told that I could have it credited back or a new one delivered. So I really wanted my pizza, so I asked for a remake. Waiting an extra 20 minutes to come for the one to come to be under cooked and just sauce in a big chunk of the pizza and an overly rushed job. I am big on tipping so I tipped the driver $10 the first time he came. But then assuming it was going to be too notch upon it coming back for it to look like this second photo. Very disappointed."

"Good pizza.. HORRIBLE service. Workers gave me attitude for an order. I ordered to pick up at this location and i sent a family member to pick it up because i have covid. They refused to give them the order and i had to call to tell them it was okay for them to receive it. Then they told me they didn’t have it??? But i had the order on my screen. This lady gave me attitude that was not needed. I was trying to keep calm but the fact that she was talking to me like i did something wrong pushed me off the edge. Was i supposed to go out sick ??? Terrible service"

"Had their Gyro sandwich today and really enjoyed it. Though the gyro meat was of the pre-packaged type it was tender, juicy and well-seasoned. The pita bread tasted very fresh: fluffy, soft and an undertone of sweetness. I liked the chopped tomatoes rather than the typical few large chunks you get elsewhere. White sauce was ample and excellent. Free garnish of pickled hot peppers. $9.99 was a bit expensive but the quantity of meat was huge. If I wasn't such a piggy today I would have brought half of it back home. But I couldn't stop eating. There are about six tables outside if you want to eat there. No dining inside right now. The place was clean and the counter person friendly and helpful. A definite return is planned and I'll try something else."

"I ordered online, and my order was ready when I arrived. I was greeted by a very friendly staff member who even suggested a paperboard for my pizza! "The pizza was delicious, and there was a special for one large three-topping pizza for $17.99. On a whim, I decided to try the honey chipotle boneless chicken, and I was really excited about it. Unfortunately, it ended up being quite disappointing. The chicken was excessively breaded, and I found it nearly inedible. I really should have stuck with my first instinct and ordered the traditional wings instead! But overall, it was a good experience."

"Used to order from this place a lot. Not so much anymore with wait times like 2 hours for delivery. Must be hurting their business. Tried to order some pizza when I got off work at 8:00 pm. They close at 10 pm Sunday night keep in mind. So after placing my order on phone around 8:30, I was called by employee and told it’d be 2 hours before pizza would get to me. Of course canceled my order because that is ridiculous. I liked this place because the convenience and pizza is okay. But must sadly say I will be taking a very long break until they sort things out. Maybe it’s a employee problem? Perhaps short staffed. Maybe Papa Johns needs to pay more and offer ppl more hours. I have worked in pizza, and I know how d corporate is about giving those hours out. Anything to cut corners and save money…"
