"When high expectations are not met, it is a painful experience. Here is what I ordered: Filet Mignon 8oz. w/Crusted B.C. 64 Durham Ranch Elk Chops 10oz. 46 White Chocolate Bread Pudding 8 Today 's Cheesecake Apple Butter 10 Blueberry Lemonade(alcohol 12 Nutty Professor(alcohol ? I have to give the place credit for the great drinks, nice location, amazing staff (Drew was fantastic! and tasty desserts. My issue with this restaurant was the price vs. the quality of the main entrée. I don 't mind paying for high-quality food, but when the prices are high and the main course is subpar, it becomes an issue. The Elk Chops were cooked well, the Filet was slightly overcooked, which made it a little dry, but the main issue was a lack of flavor. The potatoes and protein were both tasteless. The filet had a crusted BC that added flavor, but every other bite was bland without it. Please keep in mind the BC was an add on you request for an additional cost. When I go out to eat, I expect to have a great dining experience, and if everything checks the box except the main entrée... why would I return? "

"I came here on New Years Eve with 3 friends. We were immediately seated. I ordered the lamb rack special served with a tasty brown sauce and roasted potatoes. I also had the Juniper House salad with a tasty creamy bacon dressing. Everything I had was wonderful! The lamb was cooked medium as requested. One friend had the filet mignon served with asparagus which she loved. My other friends ate light as they had a party to go to. They shared the Juniper House salad and the brisket quesadilla appetizer which they thoroughly enjoyed Our waitress was right on top of everything. We had a wonderful evening!"

"Food was delicious! Our server, Renee, was very attentive and constantly checking on us and coming by with refills. I had the Spinach, Fruit Deez Nuts salad with Shrimp.... highly recommend! Our table tried the French Onion Soup and the Crab and Corn Chowder ... both were delicious! Shrimp Scampi, Parmesan Crusted Grouper, and Bacon Cheese Burger were all good as well. Service: Dine in"

"I’ve been here a couple times and have long awaited to leave a review with immaculate photography of the art…I mean food that comes out here. My dinner compatriots and I enjoyed a bountiful feast of filet mignon, scallops, crab dip, poke tacos, and sushi. My filet was cooked to perfection and was a surprisingly large portion which made my day.I highly recommend the scallops which are to GALLOP for. Seriously gallop as fast as you can to get these succulent scallops onto your taste buds, they are perfect and accompanied by some rockin risotto.With the porch you also get an enchanting atmosphere with a view of the sunset over the water. If you’re into boat watching you get some great boats pulling up too.To top everything off, the service is on point. It’s common for the porch to be crowded but even so our delightful server Emily made sure to continuously check on our drinks for refills and brought out food in a timely manner. 10/10 dining experience"

"Dang, I hate leaving bad reviews: I typically am selective in every speaking up and no I didn 't nitpick everything there but on here I will. See, I tried to resolve at restraunt but we were brushed off by our waitress who said sorry we don 't live up to your expectation . I guess a fully cooked pizza.........is high expectations, hahaha. We ordered 2 woodfire pizza that were strangely under cooked crust yet charcoal scorched on the top center. I believe they didn 't cook crust long enough and then raised the pizza to the flames to cook toppings and completely burned the smack center of toppings and cheese. Now when you ate a piece the whole thing was so droopy and floppy and a weird color grey crust where as the crust should have been somewhat crisp enough to hold up the slice) the flavor was very bland besides the charcoal ash. Tomato pomy sauce was so tasteless, we all laughed at our table that we were losing our minds or taste buds. The $20 charcuterie board seemed to have been premade and ready to go in fridge. Everything came out almost frozen and literally a minute after ordering. The meats were hard to peel apart, the honey was also hard. I 'd suggest that they should make to order or at least sit at room temp for a few minutes. Andget rid of those nasty raisin crackers lol. The price was fine and had high expectations of this place especially since all the restaurants surrounding it are delish. I suggest that the owner,cooks, staff revisit quality control and taste your foods!; There is no way they can be happy with floppy tasteless pizza or go check out your neighbors at liberty food to see how a pizza is cooked. I am sorry for this review but it 's hard to spend $150 on a dinner that u are utterly unhappy with. Yes we ate it told the fam not to waste it as the money was already spent but perhaps a listen to the customer or our waitress needs training. She was so scattered. We sat for 20 minutes with just empty glasses cause she kept forgetting watercaraf"

"Service was friendly, ambience was great, but you have to pay $2 cash per song you sing. I didn't have cash so they let me just tip the money on my receipt to sing. I think it's a little odd to advertise as a public karaoke bar and then charge people to sing, which is why they're missing a star. But otherwise, hot sake in a cozy bar in the Japanese mall? "A nice little joint with a good selection of wine and craft beers. The food is mostly appetizers Flatbread and spreads type thing which are pretty tasty the bar tender (Did not get his name) was very funny and helped us enjoy our visit. Right next to a LA Mirada staple Bar named Draft Picks which might hurt there business a bit but here's to hoping they do really well."
