Nice spacious restaurant with outdoor patio seating. Good service. For Wednesday dinner, a lot of the dishes on the menu was not available. Ended up with a meat platter which was different. The beef short rib was tasty.

This restaurant is picturesque, but, EXTREMELY Busy. Sit in a community/hangout/touristy area where there is a lot of activity. Eating is good. Crabcakes are great. Steaks are.... ok for me, but big for others (they are recruited) and average about $100 and are aged (on average 55 days) Everyone at the table enjoyed the atmosphere, waiter and food.

The blueberry limonade was delicious. Steak was very well seasoned. The duck photographed well as our other ducks. The warm bread was lovely so much that I had half a bread before I made a picture. Making an online booking was easy and we were sitting right away. The best part of the experience was our enthusiastic and friendly waiter Jameel. He brought such positive energy and was very attentive, helpful with the menu and promptly to ensure that we had everything we needed quickly. View menu

For lunch on the terrace. The terrace offered a nice cool place for lunch. Very comfortable. I ordered the pig stall with asparagus and roasted potatoes. The bone in the cut was so delicious, perfectly cooked and very well seasoned. It was juicy and tender and a good size. The asparagus was very beautiful and freshly grilled. The potatoes were deep fried and super crispy, but not fat. Everything was delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive. I love this place. Look at the chop.

Had lunch here on the patio and the view from the patio is great since it’s located in the heart of city market and it’s a buzzing street. I would suggest making a reservation as it can be pretty busy. I had the fried green tomatoes to start which was good. I shared the Po boy shrimp sandwich was a good too and it came with coleslaw and potatoes. I was surprised at the end when I got the bill and they charged an additional $5 fee to split the sandwich, our server never mentioned it so I wasn’t too impressed. Overall food and atmosphere was good but it was overpriced.

When high expectations are not met, it is a painful experience.
