"We have been visiting this restaurant almost weekly for the past couple of months and have always been very happy with the service, which is even better than some higher-end places. However, tonight, when we arrived with a group of seven for a late dinner, one member of our party had to use a makeshift mask to enter, and they wouldn't seat us. We were not allowed to stay, and another couple who was behind us shared our disappointment and also left the restaurant. We are extremely disappointed in Beatriz, the management at this Denny's. Unfortunately, we won't be coming back as frequently anymore. It’s disappointing to see these corporate restaurants not standing up for what's right and for our freedoms. We ended up at In-N-Out, enjoying a mask-free dinner."

"I took my son and grandson to eat breakfast there yesterday and the service was exceptional! I was seated immediately and was served our drinks! The food was awesome. I will be honest, in the past the service was poor, but I can see them making strides to better their service and food prep! Good job management for a visit to remember!!! I even shared a laugh with our waitress!!!"

"Okay, that's denny's and we know everything about their great breakfast kitchen. I've been able to have breakfast here many times. it always tastes great. I especially like their hathbrowns and French toast. this time I decided to skip the breakfast and instead order a cheeseburger. the bacon avocado cheeseburger to be exact. it was a great burger! the patty was a good size with the usual fixations, much speck on a roasted bungalow. instead of the usual French pommes, I have the optional tweeper rings for the extra cost. they were a perfect compliment to this burger. if she wasn't in denny was in a past, they really need to rediscover how good it is."

As others have stated, this place is so loud when busy you have to shout to be heard and cannot hear others sitting across the table from you. Service was great but unfortunately the menu is tired. "Horrible, waited an hour only to be told our food would take longer because they had to restock. It?s 10pm on a Friday night with only 3 other tables in the diner, it shouldn?t take 1hr to tell us our food hasn?t even been started or close to done. Plusanother table got their food 20 minutes after we ordered, no one checked in on us even while we sat there for well over 30 mins,the server also ignored us, and was on her phone half the time, over all very unhappy about this diner and will not be goingagain. I have 5 years of experience in the service/Hospitality industry and none of those workers tried to make the situationbetter other than ignoring us"

"No regular tea, no fish, no salad We had to wait forever to be given menus and order. When we ordered we found out about the food items they didn't have that we were requesting (they probably ran out of other things too) It was around 730pm... When the food arrived: hard spaghetti noodles(like when they don't cook the ends), burned peppers but raw broccoli, no mushrooms on the bourbon chicken. We had to ask for syrup and silverware a couple times before it appeared. The 2 Waiters then left, just walked out and never came back. We had to ask for the check 10 minutes later from someone else. After waiting another 10 min, we we're finally able to cash out with another (3rd) cashier but they didn't give me a check to review just rang up. Total didn't sound right, so I asked for the paper copy and... overcharged $2 for each drink! (Like $12/13) She fixed it, we paid and left. Well over 30 minutes after wanting to depart! They mixed up the phone orders while we were there as well (we had the table next to the register, watched it all go down) One person got the steak dinner but there was basically only potatoes to choose from. $15 for a steak the size of a normal palm (not monster hands) and french fries...felt like a rip off!"

"Update: My husband and I visited the restaurant this morning. I ordered a breakfast of two eggs, hash browns with cheddar cheese, and toast, while he ordered a side of hash browns. There were only four tables occupied, yet it took 40 minutes for our food to arrive. When it did, the hash browns were raw, the cheddar cheese was unmelted, and my toast was buttered on just one side! As a former manager of the Glen Burnie Denny's for 15 years, I would never have allowed food of such poor quality to leave the kitchen. If they had been busy, I could understand some delays, but they were not. I won't be returning."

"The main reason to visit a Denny's is its late-night hours. Ideally, it should be open all night. The food is consistent, whether you're in New York, Florida, Nebraska, or California, but it doesn’t stand out. The service is average at best. The biggest advantage Denny's has is being available when hunger strikes at 3 AM. I recently went there late at night, and while the food was decent and I left a generous tip, it didn't impress me. I've been there plenty of times, only to find a padlocked door despite the 24-hour sign, which has left me frustrated. I’d give it two out of five stars because it’s only open about two out of every five nights. If it were consistently open every night, I’d rate it five stars."

"We have had meals here prior without the bad service, even sitting at the bar, waiting for service. Yes, later in the evening, but, staff was more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. Cleaning around us, but, with no eye contact seeing that we are ready to order. I get it, everybody wants to be done with their shift but your tip hinges on how much (and) how long you take to get back to me, a closed menu means we are ready to order. We had had a very long drive and just wanted some guick and fast food"
