"I recently stopped by to place a takeout order at Arby's. I ordered a half pound of roast beef with crinkle fries and a roast beef slider, which came with a small drink. The clerk mentioned that she would give me a larger order of fries because I had to wait. When I saw the sandwich being placed in the bag, I asked if it was the half pound I ordered, to which she replied no and said she had given me a double. I clarified that I wanted the half pound, and she adjusted the order. However, while headed to the fryer, she said she would just give me the fries I paid for and tossed the extra ones into the trash. I didn't mind not receiving all those fries, but her attitude made it seem like I was trying to pull a fast one, which isn't acceptable. This experience contributed to my decision to stop visiting this Arby's location—unfriendly staff and inattentive service have become common issues. What began as a potentially good experience ended on a sour note, which means it will likely be another six months before I give them another try. I hesitated to even go back due to past experiences, which have included numerous problems at this specific store. There have been times when they ran out of signature items, including roast beef and turnovers. I've frequently asked for crinkle fries only to receive curly ones instead, and my go-to French dip often arrives without the au jus—even when I specifically ask about it, they assure me it's included, yet it never is. This has happened at least five times before. The number of mistakes made by the staff has led me to prefer McDonald's instead. When I address these issues, the staff often responds with attitude and disrespect. I appreciate your taking the time to read this feedback, but sadly, I don't see any improvements on the horizon. It's been over a year and a half, and nothing has changed. I won't be returning anytime soon."

"Wow. Just wow. First of all I think out of all 5 employees they got back there there is only one full mouth of teeth. They just keep hiking those prices!! And now they 're telling me I can 't even get a small meal I gotta pay for the medium or the regular ?? Really?? And by god don 't go thru the drive thru. You 'll get up to the window and whoever the hell is back there will tell you to pull around and sit in the parking lot for on average 20 minutes. A 20 minute wait for a beef and cheddar and some mozzarella sticks you 've gotta be kidding me. I 've made the mistake of coming here multiple times because the hubby LOVES the double roast beef. Went inside one time took the dumbass behind the counter 4 minutes to realize I was even there. Had a lisp like an mf I tell ya. The store was just dirty. Stuff all over the floor, condiment counter was not stocked with anything. Very unsightly. Waited in the lobby for around 14 minutes before I got my food and obviously it 's wrong. When the woman tossed it on the counter and some fries fall out, so she picks them up with BARE HANDS. So I tell the girl behind the counter I want new fries that they haven 't touched and I want the right order, and she looks like I 'm speaking a different language. Then calls for her mom? Mind you this woman is at least 40. As I 'm waiting I can see into the kitchen swear on my moms life I watched them deep fry a burger. Stomach instantly turned. Also as I 'm waiting I can HEAR the employees talking rudely about me behind the counter!! Like really??? Very unprofessional... a store full of ADULTS and they think it 's okay to talk bad about a customer in front of them. So they get it squared away after a few more minutes and I 'm just so mad I just leave. Get home and the food is gross. The bread is hard and the fried things are just soggy. I will never ever go to this location ever again."
