"On Tuesday, I visited the restaurant and was very disappointed with the food. While placing my order, I could sense the worker becoming irritated, which felt quite rude considering I only ordered one meal. When I reached the window, I wasn't sure if it was the same person, but the attitude was just as unpleasant. I believe his name was Tom or Brian, something along those lines; he had a poor attitude that I doubt aligns with Arby’s values. I understand that everyone has off days, but his behavior was disrespectful and quite immature. Employees in public-facing roles should really work on their attitude. Overall, I was left feeling disgusted."

Normally I wouldn't leave a negative review for cold fries and the wrong items because It's fast food and pretty common at this location. However, there is no excuse for the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the employee who waited on me tonight. It's not the first time that I've had this same experience with the same employee. They were quite busy when we visited! We went through the drive-thru and I was concerned about the wait due to the long line. However, I was incredibly impressed with how quickly we received our food! You could definitely tell that everything was made fresh, and the fries were hot and delicious! Overall, we will definitely return! Great food, quick service, and friendly staff!

No roast beef? At an Arby’s? I haven't been to one in years, and now I understand why. I feel a bit sorry for the employees. I went for the chicken sandwich combo, but the fries were overcooked, and the chicken was a 1 out of 10, especially compared to Chick-fil-A. My son ended up feeling sick today with cramps and stomach issues from some questionable processed fish sticks. What a disappointment.
