"First of all, this restaurant DOES NOT have a bar. They have a wine list, but you are able to bring your own liquor (hard liquor, beer, and/or wine). My mom and I shared a bottle of sangria, AND we were able to take it to go when it wasn't finished. It came with fruit on the time and a pitcher of ice. It was BOMB.com ! I started with some lobster bisque. DELICIOUS! This was so good that my mom got her some to-go. Nice pieces of lobster and the soup itself was radiant in flavor! The caesar salad was pretty good but the croutons were salty. Sans the croutons and it's everything you need it to be and it doesn't need any additional dressing to go with it. My mom also ordered the clams casino and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I ended up getting the stuffed shrimp. The shrimp was stuffed with real crab meat almost like crab cakes without filler. I am going to get this EVERY TIME I come here. The mashed potatoes tasted like they may have been instant but I would get them again or possible sub them out. I like the vegetables, also. It was something different! The restaurant looks so cute on the inside. My mom had seen it from the train and the back makes it look like a regular0degular restaurant but it's quaint and smells wonderfully when you enter the building. We were pleasantly suprised. I will be back when I'm in NJ."

"Big Halal Pizza is my go-to spot whenever I have to work in the area and need to stay overnight. I always choose to order delivery from there, and I've never been disappointed. I've probably ordered from them around 25 times, and I've always received great food!"

"This place was very accommodating. I made a reservation for and had to increase the party size by at the last minute. The manager noticed that the table prepared for us was too small and offered to put us in the private space that was able to accommodate the entire party. It was a generous gesture to shift his staff around for us and we greatly appreciated that. Our server, Michael, was exceptional! The food was delicious. The only thing we were disappointed by was the lobster fried rice. It lacked flavor but everything else tasted amazing"

"Wonderful experience at Five O 'clock. Great old school charm and very attentive service. We had a party of nine and our needs were handled quickly and professionally. Food was excellent although the steak was not to my preference. They have a uniquestyle of cooking the meat and it comes out black sitting in a dish of black juice . The meat was tender and cooked to orderperfectly but just did not appeal to me hence my four star rating. Other items were great and the standout appetizer were theThai Buffalo shrimp. Overall this is a very nice restaurant but also very pricey. I will visit them again but only on expenseaccount!"

"A nice nearby Italian restaurant. Quaint bar with live music regularly. Generous cocktails with respectable bourbon selections. The food is usually fresh made and quite tasty. However our last visit my wife’s main dish mine were cool, borderline cold. We informed our server. The same dishes were returned , meaning they microwaved it. I mentioned this to our server who thoughtfully removed them from our check. She confided that she was shocked they did this, when they simply could’ve made another dish very quickly. That’s the difference between them getting a three star and a five star especially for the prices that they serve food at. I expect better from a white tablecloth service plate where guest can expect to spend at least least $50 per person. Microwaving a dish that is cool or cold is something that I expect for something like a Carrabba‘s or Olive Garden but not a place that calls and holds it itself up as a fine dining establishment"

"We ate at the Oceanaire, on a Saturday. Reservation was at 6pm. Sat immediately and greeted right away. Farrah was our server and she was amazing. She has been there ten years and knew all about the menu and seasonal specials. Had great recommendations and obviously knew what she was doing and talking about. We will definitely request to sit in her section upon return visits. She made our experience absolutely fantastic."

"This was our 3rd visit and it was truly a disappointing one. The food was SO different from our first visit. It has gone downhill in the past 6 months and we aren’t sure what has changed. The steaks were not seared much at all as if they were only put in an oven and outside was just unappetizing grey color, the sides lacked seasoning, and the service was slow (they did have simultaneous weddings going on and had 4 in that one day which I suspect slowed things down both in service and in kitchen). These last two visits were so different from our first. Have they had a chef change? For the price we robs it won’t be back sadly."

"I came here with my brother after seeing some very positive reviews. We both got the combo chicken shawarma and gyros plate and all the things I read online were true! It was some of the best mediterrenean food I've ever had and this was complimented by the great service we received. The portion sizes were huge and the food was authentic and delicious! The restaurant is located in a nice spot with a good atmosphere. I'll definitely be coming here again perhaps with some more family."

"My partner and I had dinner for my birthday. Our server was Ruth, and she was amazing! She was kind, knowledgeable, and quick! She really elevated the experience for us! We had the bruschetta for our appetizer. The portioning was spot on for the price, and the fish itself was perfectly crafted so that each bite had a taste of everything. We had the Short Rub and the Flounder for our entrees. Both dishes were above and beyond my expectations. The portions were large, and the flavors were exquisite! The atmosphere was also incredible! It was clearly a busy Saturday night, yet it felt like we reserved the place to ourselves. The noise was minimal, and the lighting perfect. Overall, this was the absolute best birthday dinner experience. 10/10"

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order I placed for a dinner party on 08/19/24 We were a party of five and each of us ordered individual plates, including Marsala, Frances, Carbonara, and Florentine. Unfortunately, all of the dishes were overcooked and lacked flavor, making them inedible for my guests and me. Additionally, we ordered Tiramisu, which was not fresh and seemed to have been stored for several days. The texture was dry, and the coffee flavor was barely detectable, leading us to believe it was not the authentic experience we expected. Given the circumstances, I would like to request a refund or credit for our order. While I appreciate your restaurant, this experience has led me to decide against ordering from you in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response."

"We went pretty late, however the waitress was very nice. Wish the hostess were: we was sat in a booth but switch to a table. The table was very small and had 4 chairs. I couldn't imagine having another couple with us. It seems like the seating area is crammed with tables and chairs. They should move a couple or 4. The food was 7/10 but like I said, we did get there pretty late. The wine, the best chardonnay they had was tasty. Did what it was supposed to do lol. The carrots cake was ok. It came really cold. The environment was nice. I will be back for something else on the menu. I believe this place is better than what I experienced Wednesday night: we shall see."

"We love Oceanaire and the food is typically stellar. This visit, one entree was very sub-standard. The Mahi Mahi special over creamed spinach and sweet potato was not good. The Mahi was completely overcooked and dry, hard to swallow it was so dry. The creamed spinach was hardened into a sheet that was completely unedible. The sweet potato was good. I chose not to send the entree back, but should have done so. It was not worthy of Oceanaire."

"Loved our round table for our table of for a graduation celebration. Robert was our waiter and had a fun personality that added to the experience. The food was excellent and everyone loved their meals. The calamari and artichoke appetizers were excellent as well. The only thing that could have been improved slightly was keeping our water glasses full proactively vs. by request but other than that everything was great…thank you"
