Staff: friendly and nice With a little overpriced menu, I wasn’t disappointed at all. Food was tasty. You have a huge display of menu, pick what you want and then grab a tray and go straight to the server. Tell them what you want and they will make the plate right in front of you. And you also get to pick breads and desserts as you walk up to check out. They have Android Pay, no Apple Pay. Will try them again for dinner and see how it goes."

"This place is a hidden gem. The food is fantastic! I've tried almost everything and it's all packed with flavor. It's always perfectly cooked. I never fear experimenting with a new dish... Lately I'm trying to eat more vegetarian dishes for dietary reasons and this establishment has some great dishes that won't leave you feeling deprived. It's all so good! Love the atmosphere, and the staff are kind. My wife and I love to swing by every time we visit the VA nearby. Highly recommended!"

"Unfortunately, our group of 10 arrived at this restaurant on New Year's Eve for our 7 pm confirmed reservation made thru OpenTable, and we were turned away since the restaurant was closed for a private party. We then had to scramble to find an alternate restaurant on New Year's Eve. We had 4 children and a grandmother with us. Fortunately, another area restaurant accommodated us so our evening was saved. We WILL NOT be returning to this restaurant. Both the restaurant and Open Table had my contact info but neither contacted me to indicate that our reservation could not be honored. Poor customer experience!"

"I came here with my brother after seeing some very positive reviews. We both got the combo chicken shawarma and gyros plate and all the things I read online were true! It was some of the best mediterrenean food I've ever had and this was complimented by the great service we received. The portion sizes were huge and the food was authentic and delicious! The restaurant is located in a nice spot with a good atmosphere. I'll definitely be coming here again perhaps with some more family."

"I visited this restaurant on Valentine's Day, and while it started as a pleasant evening, things began to unravel as the place got busier. The waitstaff seemed to be short-handed for the unusually busy night, which affected the service. The music was excessively loud, making it difficult to converse without being overheard by other tables. They really need to improve their alcohol service policy; after three attempts to address a customer's order, the owner had to step in and explain why the man still hadn’t received his drink, and he had to raise his voice to be heard over the music. The food was decent; the rice was the highlight, but the kabob was dry. I won’t even dive into the issues we faced with the bill. Overall, it seems that this team may not be well-suited for the food service industry."

"SUBSTANDARD AT BEST!! The lamb chops were $26, and probably had a total of 4 ounces of meat for the three of them combined, being mostly fat and bone after being very small to begin with. My husband's plate had 12 pieces of potato on it, and every oneof them had rot spots see attached photos. And lastly, the wine was listed the menu as a 2018 vintage, and they tried tostick us with a 2020 vintage. Gave them one star because there is no way to give a negative star rating. "This a long one so please read on. I'll start with the good The service was great The portion sizes are large The cook on the steak was accurate All in all The food was okay at best. (5/10) On to the bad Honestly the steak at char house was the tastiestthing on the table. But that isn't saying a lot. The meat of the ribeye was choice grade at best but they did get the cookcorrect so plus points there. I do see now why there aren't prices on the menu that the qr code takes you to because it reallyisn't worth it. There was a lack of seasoning which makes me think that the kitchen was afraid of using any. Almost all the foodwe had was nowhere near how it was described on the menu. This is one of those places that has the same base for all theircurries. The food We started off the experience with stale Papadum which is an Indian crisp and a side of chutneys which tastedwatered down. The chutneys lacked any prominent flavors and they tasted the same if you ate them with your eyes closed, the onlything that set them apart was their color. The achar was definitely not made in house but store bought it actually tasted massproduced. TLDR the amount of food you get is good but the quality is trash. If you're looking for flavorful food give thisplace a hard pass. Especially given how expensive it is. It seems like they are afraid of using spices and seasoning. The ceviche (2/10) it lacked flavor and it really should not be served on a crisp. All the moisturewas absorbed by the crisp and what was left was a very dry pile of shrimp and fish. There was no seasoning at all. The seasonedmasala fries. (8/10) seasoned fries which is the most seasoning we experienced the entire night. "It took over an hour and a half to get our food. Apparently they were more important people in front of us. We had had the reservation for about three weeks and were feeling pretty neglected after the whole affair. On top of that, our server, if she left us sitting for close to a quarter hour after leaving to get our bill. I finally stood up and walked to the cash register and waited for our bill to arrive. The Response was that she forgot about us, sorry! The lamb was mushy and overcooked, the steak was impossibly undercooked, and the salmon was actually pretty good. The flavors were bland. The pita was stale. We were there for over two hours. mentioned it to the Owner/manager (while waiting for the bill to arrive) who suggested that next time we should tell our server (we did tell mention the food wasn’t good, but she just smiled) and have the bill reduced. L O L, there are a lot of great restaurants in Kalamazoo. We will not be returning."

After 5 min later a lady comes out and tells us it's gonna take 20 minutes the good side of it it's fresh made) when we got our order nasty Garlic Fries there's no garlic at all on it, and the cheapest brand of frozen fries were so disappointing) and we got a Chicken kabob yes it has warm but no flavor on the Chicken, rice no flavor, the salad also no flavor the humus was ok but a stingy portion A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT as well! In resume no thank you and the cherry on the cake was the lady was looking at me weird. We'll stick to our to go place. -Food it's not tasty at all, over priced and small portions. -Wait time it's over an hour. -Good music"

"We had an amazing lunch here! I got the Veggie King platter for my main because I wanted to try all their Mediterranean staples. The hummus and tabbouleh salad are not to be missed. I was also wowed by their Turkish coffee which is like a spicy espresso with heavy floral notes. SAVE ROOM FOR DESSERT- this place is a bakery firstmost! I got the pistachio (curd thing? Pictured) which was simply amazing and had fresh raspberry filling. Lastly, service was delightful and everyone was really nice."

I said rice, assuming that the meal comes with sides. I got a bill for the Beef Platter $13.50). I told the guy that I ordered a sandwich but got charged a platter. He responded by saying since I wanted rice for sides, it now consider a platter. Again, not a bad price for the food. BUT, really annoyed that I ordered a sandwich and through miscommunication, he gave me and charge me the price of a platter."

"Normally I order kabobs which are very good. The last time I ordered kibbie and stuffed grape leaves which were not so great. The meat was dry and small and the grape leaves were pretty tasteless. Service was good and there were six of o us. They charged $2 for a soda refill. They automatically charged us 20% gratuity. We always tip 20%, but that's our choice. We thought that was forward of them. I am of Middle Eastern decent so i know what good Lebanese food tastes like. Like I said the kabobs are good. Dont think I'll go back."

"One of the better Mediterranean dinners I had in Houston! All do their dishes were decently expensive, but definitely had good to big portions to fit. I ordered the Mixed Grill Entree, which was slightly large enough to share two people (but also perfect for someone who can't make up their mind and is ok with remnants). All three types of meat came very fresh and grateful not dry at all. Both sides of rice and fries were delicious and perfect supplements. I also ordered an additional page of the Yogurt and Cucumber mix that was perfect for sharing our table. The mix in some of their spicy chili paste helped a great mix of flavors (not needed at all, but helpful if you want an additional warmth). All in all, a very solid dinner and one I would like to have again."
