"The food was good. Our server was on top of it, even on a busy Sunday. The reason why I rate it as a 3 was the manager Regina, was rude to her staff as well as to us, she asked us to leave to accommodate a larger party. Really she didn’t like that we were occupying a table for a long time because we were watching the football games. The way she said we had to leave showed her lack of customer service. We had just ordered more drinks and planned on ordering more food. She said she would see if she could accommodate us at another table, then 2 minutes later she had our server drop the check. to top it off there was no large party that came to take our table. Coming as a former industry employee she is not fit to be in a management position."

"We were immediately seated with our open table reservation. The food offerings were high quality, with great selection, in a "Waldorf Astoria" setting of elegance. The staff was very personable. In the serving line , I had asked for sugar free syrup, but they said they didn't have any. (odd I thought), so I mentioned it to my server, who promptly smiled and said, ah but I do! and went and brought back a small cup of s/f syrup. I will be going back for my husband's conference in May (coincidentally at the same hotel) and I will definitely be making a reservation...I think I'll do that right now before I forget...."

"We went for dinner. Enjoyed the large table with benches for seating and the fabulous decor and detail. The interesting history of the place gave us into googling more about it. The menu had several competing choices for me. I ordered the Roasted vegetables with Spaetzle after questioning the waitress to make sure that my choice would come with the amount of vegetables that I wanted. She also described in detail about the Romesco sauce and that sounded good. Husband orderedthe Schnitzel dinner that had mushroom gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, saurkraut, red cabbage and lingonberries. The food portions were huge served on large warm pottery dishes. Everything was delicious! My favorite bite was the mashedpotatoes. We ate every bite! We lived in Germany in the 1980's and this was tastier than our memories!"

"PM is one of what I consider "top drawer dining" restaurants. Customer focused staff- courteous and attentive to your needs. Good people skills are evident.The food as always is second to none. My wife and I had a lovely conversation with the manager/co-owner. Our server was a gracious young woman. Our experience at PM today and always was a "reason to come back again" experience."

"We grabbed a couple of chairs at the bar and following some feedback from the bartender, chose a couple of beers (a hef and a blonde ale and a couple of appetizers (beet salad and a sausage sampler . And wouldn 't you know: everything was outstanding! Rasselbock has a terrific selection and a wide variety of beers on draft and in bottles but our beers were so fantastic that we just ordered them again for Round 2! The amazing appetizers were so great that we skipped ordering entrees and went directly for the apple strudel (not pictured ! We will definitely be coming back to try more items from both the beer and food menus. The whole restaurant is filled with brilliantly decorative touches (keep an eye out for the wall of 'Jackalopes ' and I found myself reading all the comments and admiring all the drawings on the bathroom walls and ceilings; not something I thought I 'd ever say! Special thanks to Brian Maxine for their patience and willingness to answer all of our questions!"

"Highly recommended for groups and during the week for a low key night. Happy hour food and drink specials, along with a full drink and food menu. The wurst platter was great, the large pretzel was soft and very hot, though we didn’t care for the cheese sauce. We enjoyed our time there, would imagine it gets packed on the weekend!!"

"I waffled between 4 and 5 stars, here. Ultimately, the experience is excellent but the food is fairly ordinary. The sausages we tried were tasty but unexceptional. The sauerkraut lacked the punch that it should have. And, there should have been more mustard options. Our fries were well-cooked but lacked seasoning. our pretzel was over salted. Still, the beer selection is outstanding. The environment is fun. We spent an hour playing Jenga before a show, never feeling pressured to hurry along. This is an excellent place to spend a couple of hours--just understand you're not there for the food."

"Went here to celebrate a birthday dinner with my boyfriend and we are both very disappointed. Food took 90 minutes to come out and the place was not busy at all. We ordered 10 min after sitting down, and didn’t get our food until we were absolutely starved. Our waitress spent 15 minutes petting the dog next to our table instead of checking on the other tables. We were really excited for the food after reading the reviews, however it was very mediocre food. We got the octopus and tagliatelle as our mains and it was under flavored and bland. We felt like we could’ve gotten something that tasted similar for less than half the price at a different restaurant. The wine we got was also mediocre good for a few sips but we didn’t finish them. We stopped at a different place for food after finishing here because after spending $135, we were still starved and looking for something that had flavor."

"Im not a beer drinker but my husband is and for the soccer World Cup it’s impossible to imagine without a beer garden. I love the vibe the waitress dressed up. I’m from Europe I know about everything Germany,their beers and food nothing compares with them. They serve huge amount of quality heavy food! The HB beer the only one Im can drink but they have many cocktails also. One of the best place to watch soccer! I recommended this place for all the fans!"
