"7/1/21 My roomie and I ordered two different açaí bowls this morning around 8:30 am and they were terrible. For one they were pretty liqudy, usually it?s supposed to be thick like a smoothie but it was almost like soup. The only flavor in it was the fruit the rest just tasted like nothing. And whoever was working this morning literally said as she was making them that she didn?t even like making them."

"I strongly do not recommend this business as they seem very greedy. I deliver online orders for their customers, and when my young daughter needed to use the restroom, I was told that she couldn't unless I made a purchase. This happened at their Nevada store in Colorado Springs. I hope people see this behavior for what it is and choose not to support them."

"It was a busy day. We were happy to patiently wait. We were grateful there were employees. The first drink of our order was done but they called it a different flavor. It ended up being correct. Our last two drinks were given to us and mine was over full. It dripped all over me and my car. Went back in to get another cup. No apology. Pulled out of the parking lot to head home and remembered that we bought a pretzel as well! Went in to grab the pretzel and it wasn't even started. No apology. By the time we resolved everything, our beverages were melting."
