"I love Keva Juice, I have for years! I always get the Kevasicle or the Banana Creme Pie (not on the menu, but if you ask for it, they'll make it. It's like a creamier Bananarama) I wanted to write about my experience on Saturday night. My boyfriend and Iwent about 25 minutes before closing, so like 8:35ish. The poor girl was working alone and there were so many people in there. She was so overwhelmed! She was trying to take the orders and make all the smoothies by herself, I felt bad. Also, there weresome shady looking people in there so my boyfriend and I waited until they left to make sure she was safe. Even when I workedretail many years ago, when I worked for a conglomerate who didn't care about me, they always made sure there were two closers. It might be more expensive but they should value their employees more. This review is not a reflection on the service Ireceived, she was trying her best, but come on. Times are scary, it was a busy Saturday night, don't be cheap."

The restaurant is well-located, but the customer service was quite impersonal.

Free rewards drink cost extra? Saved 16 points for a big smoothie. Used 15 and got charged extra for my smoothie ?Tipped 2 bucks. So that was awesome.

The staff are always friendly and I absolutely LOVE the variety. I absolutely love the ragin bull and that's all I pretty much get...but I love that all the other smoothies look just as delicious. View menu

The staff at this restaurant is incredibly friendly and hardworking. They efficiently deliver orders to customers. My only complaint is that the place feels a bit cramped for the amount of business they handle, but they manage it well. Additionally, the island green smoothie is amazing.

Hi, my experience left mixed emotions. The smoothie was delicious but the overall experience left me a little frustrated. I had a reward that wasn't redeeming and felt I was talked down to. The only reason I went was because I thought I had a reward to use, but was told rather harshly that it was not their problem

I was warmly welcomed upon arrival at the restaurant and received top-notch customer service. Even though I was undecided on what to order, a staff member named Devin inquired about my fruit preferences and crafted the perfect smoothie for me. The energetic atmosphere and lively music added to my overall enjoyment, and I am looking forward to coming back soon. View menu

Not sure the name of who opened on Black Friday, but she couldn?t have been better! Especially as she was left on her own to figure out how to make the Black Friday special happen. She was by herself but was so polite and hardworking to help the 4 ofus in store and a door dash driver. Felt bad and made sure she got a large tip for being so sweet and effective.

It was a busy day. We were happy to patiently wait. We were grateful there were employees. The first drink of our order was done but they called it a different flavor. It ended up being correct. Our last two drinks were given to us and mine was over full. It dripped all over me and my car. Went back in to get another cup. No apology. Pulled out of the parking lot to head home and remembered that we bought a pretzel as well! Went in to grab the pretzel and it wasn't even started. No apology. By the time we resolved everything, our beverages were melting.

"Last night I experienced the most unscrupulous experience I have ever had with a restaurant with the service at the Wok. I am so offended by their actions; I can say we are honestly done with visiting the restaurant in the future. I’ll start with we have been getting dinner on our way out of town every month or so from the Wok for years. Their food is generally very good, but we have had a few times where the food missed the mark. Everyone has an off day so we keep going back, until last night. Their online ordering did not work, so my wife called in an order while I was driving through Reno and I stopped by to pick it up. There was a little confusion when I arrived as they ahad three to go orders on the counter. It seemed they worked everything out and I paid for the order and left to head home. Twelve minutes later I get a call. It’s the Wok and they tell me they had given me the wrong order and asked if I could return. The employee apologized profusely and since we wanted what we ordered, I went back. I arrived at the restaurant and took the order they had provided back in and they checked the bags. The cashier told me she charged me the wrong amount as she had rung up the wrong order. I asked what the difference was (first bill was $63.00 for four entrees and some potstickers) and was told the new total was $94.00. The last order we had was for the same items and was just under $70, so $94 was a shock. The cashier told me she had told my wife the wrong amount and apologized. She also offered a $10 discount. I paid the bill and said I would wait for our food. Much to my shock, I watched them empty the items they had given me, place it on the counter and everything was what we ordered. One entrée had spilled when they took it out and they quickly put it in another bag and then with a big smile handed me the items I already had. I said, “so my order was correct but the amount you charged was wrong?” I asked why did you lied to me to get me to come back. I was told that I would not have paid if they did not lie about why I needed to come back. I was incredulous and decided the best thing to do was to just leave. So, 35 minutes after I left the first time, I was on my way again. Once I got home, II asked my wife what the total was that they provided when she called in the order. She said they specifically told her they did not have a total and I would provide that to me when I picked up the food. Yet another lie. I tallied up my items and came up with a total of $68.75, certainly less than what I originally paid, but clearly not the $94.00 they tried to charge. So tonight, I called and ordered the same items and was told the order would be $76.57, yet a different amount. I promptly told them no thank you. Most restaurants would honor their mistake. With that said, if they called and told me I paid the wrong amount, I would have made it right. But instead, they lied to me, clearly tried to overcharge me and then gave me a discount that was still more than the price for the same food 24 hours later. Their actions were inappropriate, uncalled for and unscrupulous. Over the last year, we visited this restaurant 10 times, but last night was the last time they get any business from us."

Charlie Palmer Steak Reno

"Second time at a Charlie Palmer restaurant (first was Four Seasons vegas, 2019, which is now closed . Our server, Erewyn, and busser, Forest, were the stars of the night. Erewyn has a passion for food and wine and it shows. Forest was very attentive throughout our meal and worked hard. The restaurant did not have black napkins, but Forest went to find some for us. The extra effort is applaudable. But then there was the meal. We ordered the bacon appetizer that came out completely unseasoned. We had to ask for salt which only made it nominally more palatable. The dry aged rib eye was also under/unseasoned and chewy like a sirloin. They butterflied it, so not a surprise there. The petite filet was a bit better but also unseasoned. The au gratin potatoes were good. The wine we chose was the highlight of our meal; mostly because it didn’t come from the kitchen. However, the executive chef did come out and sit with the table next to us for about 15 minutes (who were being comped their meal, assuming employees from another CP location based on their conversation . He did not stop at any other table to see how the meal was, including ours where a salt and pepper mill sat prominently, indicating that perhaps the kitchen didn’t send out properly seasoned food. Then the restaurant manager also stopped at the same table, but no others. I would think you would want to stop and talk with the paying customers and see how their meals were in order to gauge quality. That was definitely not the case and our meal was a reflection of the lack of interest. I doubt I will ever eat at a Charlie Palmer again because there are so many better steakhouses to choose from (and I’m wondering whether the $15 ribeye at the Cal-Neva wouldn’t have been better than the $89 one here? ! Nearly $600 later for a dinner for two and the highlights were the waiter and busser. At least service is good, because honestly, we probably could’ve had a better steak at Outback."
