"It was a busy day. We were happy to patiently wait. We were grateful there were employees. The first drink of our order was done but they called it a different flavor. It ended up being correct. Our last two drinks were given to us and mine was over full. It dripped all over me and my car. Went back in to get another cup. No apology. Pulled out of the parking lot to head home and remembered that we bought a pretzel as well! Went in to grab the pretzel and it wasn't even started. No apology. By the time we resolved everything, our beverages were melting."
