"If I could rate this Keva location with less than one star, I absolutely would. The customer service is terrible. The staff is rude and clearly indifferent to the customers. I can’t say I’m surprised, considering the manager, Lorraine, shares the same attitude. Employees often mirror their leaders, even when they’re not setting a good example. While the smoothies are great, the staff—particularly the manager—really needs significant improvement. I won't be returning to this location. Hey Keva, consider hiring a new manager; it could really make a difference!"
