"I visited this restaurant with my family and enjoyed a margarita along with some guacamole. Kevin, the shift leader, was exceptionally courteous and patient, even with a steady stream of guests. He personally brought our food outside and even turned on the lights for us! We really appreciate this location because it’s close to home, always quiet and clean. The staff is great, and the service is consistently fast and friendly."

"I have been a loyal customer of this franchise since it first opened on Morrison Dr, always opting for takeout. Over time, I’ve learned to order my wings "naked" with the sauce on the side because I prefer them double-fried and extra crispy; the sauce tends to make them soft. I make it clear that I won't hesitate to send them back if they aren't fried enough, as I'm not a fan of soft skin. While I don't mind sending food back when necessary, I do take issue with the negative reactions from the counter staff when I make this request. I simply want my meal—something I'm paying for—to be prepared the way I like it. This lack of professionalism does not align with good customer service."

"Absolutely disgusting is as kind as I can put it. Enchiladas were HARD, DRY WITH CRISPY EDGES UNABLE TO CUT WITH PLASTIC KNIFE. Beans were as tasteful as a glass of water. Rice was hard and in big lumps. Enchilada gravy was so salty unedible and 90%went to garbage because i would never feed my dog anything like that. All the women working in there at 9pm on 04/26/22 were literally walking in circles confused because nobody seemed to know what they were doing. Dining area closes much earlier than other locations compelling customers to drive thru for the terrible food at this location. If you go to this location you deserve whatever you get because you read the warning I wish I would've read. You all should close this location and stop impersonating Taco Cabana."

"This was one of the worst Taco Cabanas I've ever visited. Every single table was dirty, and the soda machine was not only unclean but also had a bad odor. I was the only customer there, yet it still took several minutes for someone to take my order. After that, I waited about 15 minutes for my food, despite there being no one else in the store or drive-thru. How long does it take to prepare two bean and cheese tacos? I would expect it to be around two minutes. I will definitely not be returning to this location. I even mentioned to the cashier the state of the dirty tables, floor, and soda fountains, but she seemed indifferent and didn't respond or take any action. It’s hard to believe these employees think they deserve $15 an hour when they can't even keep the place clean. Honestly, they should pay me to eat that food and clean the tables myself."

"Ordered take-out. Got the confirmation. Got the notification that my pickup order was ready.When I showed up to pick it up there was already an annoyed customer waiting at the register asking for a refund/receipt over something. I waited around a minute or two, then was told they were closed. This didn't make sense considering the time or my order confirmation. I confirmed with the man at the register that the address was correct. Supposedly there was only one cook working. He said I could wait, but it would be over half an hour longer. I left.As I left another man was coming in. He seemed to have my exact problem.The man at the register was very flustered and curt, but still tried to be professional with me.Management should do a better job making sure the restaurant is staffed.Employees have personal issues sometimes. Employees quit sometimes. It's up to management to not be cheap and to make sure there is backup.Won't be coming back.Don't want the risk of having to change dinner plans last-minute."

"We came in with a party of 7 around 9:15 pm on a Friday night the hostess informed me it was 45 min wait. So we decided to order to go. My husband went back to the hostess stand to ask for menus instead of her saying sure the hostess tells him that her manager said they aren't seating anyone else. The hostess is the first person you see when you enter the restaurant she wasn't welcoming or kind. She looked at us like what are we doing there. The tall one was rude and kept walking between elderly people without saying excuse me. Like we were bothering her. (But our money we spent paying her lol) Did not feel welcomed at all and will not be back and will make sure to tell everyone I know. They shouldve said Im sorry we have a long wait right now but you can order to go we have a seating area right here. (Red Bench) Very simple Please train your hostess to hide their racist face and treat everyone the same. THANK YOU"
