"Absolutely disgusting is as kind as I can put it. Enchiladas were HARD, DRY WITH CRISPY EDGES UNABLE TO CUT WITH PLASTIC KNIFE. Beans were as tasteful as a glass of water. Rice was hard and in big lumps. Enchilada gravy was so salty unedible and 90%went to garbage because i would never feed my dog anything like that. All the women working in there at 9pm on 04/26/22 were literally walking in circles confused because nobody seemed to know what they were doing. Dining area closes much earlier than other locations compelling customers to drive thru for the terrible food at this location. If you go to this location you deserve whatever you get because you read the warning I wish I would've read. You all should close this location and stop impersonating Taco Cabana."

The cashier was excellent, and when our food arrived, everything was delicious. The strawberry mango margarita was fantastic!

They sometimes have bad days. If that happens, I say something I think would smile and it always cheats on them and I get amazing customer service.

5/29/22 6:30 p.m. girls who drive thru work have great customer service! Looks like they're pretty busy, but she kept her posture very good when I went into the window! She put extra sauces in my pocket without having to ask me twice. Great work!!! She needs an increase!!! Will be back View menu

I would give this place a 3 out of 5 because of Sherry (or Cherry). She was quite rude and rushed me throughout my visit. Fortunately, a kind young woman named Rachel stepped in and brought out my food. She was really wonderful and improved my experience overall! The manager definitely needs to address Sherry's behavior. This is my second time encountering Sherry and Josefina's poor management. They seem to be connected in how they behave, which is quite disappointing.

I gave this place two stars, primarily because the gentleman who took my order was polite. Unfortunately, the food was a different matter. I ordered a Taco Cabana salad, and it came with a sizable piece of plastic mixed in. I returned it, and while they did make me a new one, I couldn't bring myself to eat it. My children ordered nachos, but they left most of it because the chips were harder than rocks. Everyone should be cautious; people can get sick from this. As customers, we pay for our food, and it shouldn't be like this. J. View menu

The service was extremely rude. Forever to get our food and when we finally got it, the orders were wrong. I have my children's beans and cheese tacos. They put every cheese or beans in him and my wife ordered crispy tacos that they forget the meat. I ordered fajita tacos with cheese. Did not get the cheese and has become like a piece fajita a taco. I mean terrible. I like eating here, but not anymore. Just close it and open something else here. It is a great place, lots of traffic so taco cabana has to move only from this place and allow a food chain that would actually use it would open up there. Not only will time and money go back.

I ordered the 2 Cheese enchilada plate with the new queso blanco, I got three! And the regular queso. And paid for it apparently. I also got the Shrimp Tampico quesadilla and it was horrible. Barely anything in it. My fiancé got the steak quesadilla and burrito. He was happy with his but my food was all messed up. The cashier never confirmed our order. When we got to the window we asked for a side of sour cream and the lady slammed the door in his face to add it to the order. Paid $37 for horrible food and service. He was so mad that he couldn?t even talk. She ruined this experience of going to a new Taco Cabana. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!!!

"Food good. Location good. Service good. BUT, the hidden charges REALLY ruined an otherwise nice experience. Example: HH menu lists Martinis as a $3 upcharge to the $7 base charge. Fair enough. Bombay is a listed alcohol; requested. When the bill was returned I was charged for a Bombay Sapphire which is not on the HH list. Charge? $11 $3. I asked for Bombay, not Bombay Sapphire. Waiter: Oh, let me look into that. AND, by the way Blue Cheese olives? Extra $1. REALLY? I 've NEVER paid extra for BC olives ANYWHERE. AND the confusing menus that a dish as including an extra sauce, [and I don 't recall the exact language but it made it seem that an additional items could be selected as well. Oops, there goes an extra $10.95. AND, the waiter recommending a twice-baked potato. Bah, boom, another $5.95. [which in fairness is disclosed on the menu in a different location, but waiter made it sound as if it was a no-charge option on the surf and turf. AND the split plate charge which I don 't think was disclosed on the menu. Ding, ding, extra $3.00. Was this a waiter, who was overly up-selling or restaurant deception? Don 't know. As I said, the food WAS good. AND, the ambience [at least in the bar area, stay away of the hotel-ballroom-like main dining area was nice. Just beware the nickel and dime charges that the waiter won 't be disclosing to you."
