"I visited this location to get breakfast for my staff. I ordered the dozen of tacos deal, but started to ask (as I usually do) if I could change some of tacos. I say that I started to because as soon as I began talking the lady cut me off stating, if youwant to customize it that will be 20 minutes. So, I said nevermind and would stick with the original variety, then she rushedto the total without asking if I wanted anything else. So, I stated that I wanted to add something. At this point, there are nocars in the parking lot or in the drive thru line. At the window, I politely asked if I could swap just three of the tacos towhich she replied, Maam, we only have one person working in the morning, so you would have to wait as I already told you! Ireplied with it was just a question, how was I to know about your restaurant 's staffing as a customer! She stated that Ishould have watched the news, as it was all over the news! She continued ranting and when I told her there was no need for anattitude, she was shocked stating that she did not have an attitude! So, clearly the customer service is poor. I understandbeing upset about things at work, but the customers should never bear the brunt of your frustration! So, I truly hope that thestaffing issue at this location is addressed for the staff and the customers ' sake!"
