"This particular Whataburger has been disappointing in recent months. Each time I visit, I hope for an improvement, but it just doesn’t happen. I recently went through the drive-thru, and the gentleman on the intercom was laughing and joking the whole time. When I got to the window, he was chatting with an employee as if I wasn’t even there. When I pointed out that he had messed up my order, he responded in a rather snobby manner. Fortunately, my food was correct this time, but this hasn’t always been the case—there have been times where my orders were completely wrong. I don’t usually write reviews, but this was once my favorite place, and the service has really gone downhill over the past few months."
