The manager was extremely loud and overbearing! Her constant shouting at the staff in the back was quite intimidating. I definitely won't be returning!

I liked the banana pudding milkshake. Great service from Lalyth. Well maintained place and there is huge collection of cars esp Hot Wheels. Just walk in and get ur fav food.

The staff expertly managed the busy rush, showcasing their speed, friendliness, and professionalism. I stopped by for breakfast after a doctor appointment. The staff here at Whataburger was wonderful! Polite, friendly. Because I used the mobile app, my name appears on the receipt. The young man who took my order thanked me for returning, and the young man who delivered my meal put a 'Ms. ' in front of my name when he greeted me! How polite and respectful of them both! I will DEFINITELY be back!

I was disappointed that my salad dressing was forgotten, and I only discovered this about 20 minutes later when I finally parked to eat. I called to voice my complaint, and I found the response from the African American female manager to be quite rude. She suggested that I drive back for 20 minutes to pick it up, which felt unhelpful. Her defensiveness and aggressiveness are not suited for the customer service industry.

I was disappointed with my salad; it was only about half full of chicken and consisted entirely of spring mix. I've purchased this salad at many locations before, and it’s typically packed with romaine lettuce. When I brought this to their attention, I was told that they weigh their salads and that my portion was correct. The staff was quite rude and unfriendly. I should have expected this from the way the woman taking our order spoke—she sounded like she was at a car auction. Overall, the salad was overpriced for the small amount of spring mix they included.

I went thru the drive thru. The one who answered my call was great. It was when I got to the second window where I was treated badly. I don't know the girls name but she has blond hair and pink or red in her hair. She didn't greet, confirm or even talk to me. She just gave me my drink, gave me an open bag, didn't ask if I wanted any condiment and no napkins. I got the food it the burger was really wet from I guess pickle juice and cold. The fries was cold and loaded with salt. I had to throw away half of my meal. This is the whataburger I always go to never had any problems till last night.

This particular Whataburger has been disappointing in recent months. Each time I visit, I hope for an improvement, but it just doesn’t happen. I recently went through the drive-thru, and the gentleman on the intercom was laughing and joking the whole time. When I got to the window, he was chatting with an employee as if I wasn’t even there. When I pointed out that he had messed up my order, he responded in a rather snobby manner. Fortunately, my food was correct this time, but this hasn’t always been the case—there have been times where my orders were completely wrong.
