"This particular Whataburger location has been declining in quality over the past few months. Each time I visit, I hope to see improvements, but unfortunately, that hasn't happened. During my most recent trip, I ordered through the drive-thru, and I could hear the gentleman at the intercom laughing and joking the entire time. When I reached the window, he was still joking around with a coworker and seemed annoyed that I was there. I pointed out that he had entered my order incorrectly, but he responded in a rather rude manner. Fortunately, my food was correct this time, but I’ve had issues with incorrect orders in the past, and I'm convinced I've received someone else's meal on more than one occasion. I don’t usually write reviews, but this ongoing experience is disappointing. This used to be my favorite location, but it has really gone downhill lately."
