"Scrumptious. The staff is awesome. This morning I had the privilege of having Aaron as my server and was on top of everything. The other night I was in there and picked up to go order and Stevie was very helpful along with the dining room manager who had long blonde hair. I also saw Tyler who has waited on me in the past and another one that is always on top of things. Cracker barrel staff is always very helpful here and the food is delicious. When I come to Newnan I eat at least twice or three times here."

"The waitress kept making excuses but did manage to bring us some appealing tomatoes. Unfortunately, I found a hair in my apples, which she claimed was an "egg hair" that was about a foot long. The eggs weren’t cooked properly either; I ordered mine over medium and my son's were over easy. The whites were extremely runny, and I had chunks of it on my plate, which completely ruined my appetite. I’m tired of explaining why I can’t eat the food, especially since I keep getting excuses instead of solutions. This isn’t the experience I expected, especially since I brought my son here to celebrate before he embarks on his new job as an over-the-road truck driver."

"First time visiting this Cracker Barrell in Greenville Tx. We loved the country store, even bought something there. However, the food was sub-par, and our server was not attentive. The restaurant was not busy, so I'm not sure why we were not attended to. The fried pickles were good, the steak was hard and dry, no flavor. The shrimp was hard and tasted bland. The fried okra wasn't fried, tasted kinda raw. The carrots, green beans, and broccoli were good. The grilled chicken breast was rubbery and had no flavor at all. We won't go back"

"A Delightful Experience! We had an amazing time celebrating a birthday with a large group of 16. Our server, Miss Julia, provided excellent service, skillfully managing our party and even compensating for a few kitchen mishaps with extra food. Every dish we ordered was delicious and expertly prepared. I particularly loved the special fried turkey dish, which was fantastic. The breaded chicken sandwich was enormous, and the creamy coleslaw was a great complement. We were so impressed with the corn bread muffins that we took a bag home with us! The side salads were also generous in size, and the cranberry sauce was delightful. We can't wait to return!"

"If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. My family and I ate here on Easter Sunday and waited thirty minutes to be seated and when we did get seated it took another forty five minutes to get our food and the restaurant wasn't even full. The whole ordeal took three hours. The waitress (Deb) was incredibly slow serving at the time two tables and she's the waitress who's been there the longest we were told. We thought she was new. When the food finally arrived my chicken tasted hard (skin) and the chicken tasted like it had been sitting out. It was obviously cooked in old grease, my mom's meatloaf was overcooked and burnt. Deb didn't ask us how our meal was or if we wanted dessert. We asked for a manager and never got one until we got to the front to checkout because Kristin wouldn't get the manager (we didn't know what happened to Deb). Needless to say my brother and I were sick from eating the chicken as he ate a piece of mine. I was ill as soon as I got to the car and I was ill for two days behind eating that chicken and so was my brother. We had been customers off and on for years and we will NEVER come back. It wasn't worth the food poisoning."

"I love this Cracker Barrel! They are homely and the food and waiters and waitresses have been fantastic for the 10+ years I have been eating here. Some of their portions sizes have been reduced over the years but not in a bad way. Their menu is more price friendly than most places with better quality food. Think Texas home cooked meal but in a restaurant. That is this Cracker Barrel. I've only had one problem most recently being accommodated for an appropriate sized table. My family of 5 and myself having obvious physical medical equipment, we called ahead to assess space and seating along with wait times so we could plan accordingly. We had been assured that everything would be taken care of and that there was no wait. Surely as promised there was no wait! However, we were seated at a table far too small for us to be at ease. After two requests to be moved to a larger table we were offered a smaller table which made no sense, and then offered the same sized table in a different location. Seeing as to how it was dinner hour at around 6pm we were confused as to why we were restricted from proper seating. We stayed and hurried through our meal as it was getting late, and the drive alone to an equally desired restaurant was far. The food was great just the seating was uncomfortable. After eating we enjoyed all of the beautiful decorations throughout the little country store up front. They have a variety of things from candies to kids toy gifts and at this time of year they have winter selections from sweater to trees and really things you wouldn't have even thought you needed but just absolutely love. (Good place to shop if you have the extra money to spend! We adored this one decoration stand in particular. Very cute and animated!Kid-friendliness: They were very friendly with my kids and patient with their order practicing! The menus are clear with pictures so that our non readers could still independently order, and provided a few select games. Not enough to last until meals arrived but enough to keep them entertained upon being seated and ordering.Parking: Large parking lot, can definitely accommodate at least a vehicle per table if not a little more!"

"My wife and I normally receive outstanding service at Cracker Barrel. However, that changed yesterday. The server took our order and brought us drinks. We then received our food but she failed to bring my wife’s bread or ask if we needed a refill. We had to ask another server to get her for us as she never returned to our table. We did talk to the manager who offered to comp my wife’s meal. We told the manager that was not necessary but the server needed talked to. We often ask to see the manager to offer praise for excellent service. This was unacceptable. Parking: Handicap parking in short supply."

"Clean bowls for us to use. COVID still an issue. But, at least they brought biscuits to the table. Unfortunately, I spoke too soon. Our entrees came out and it was horrible. My son 's grilled cheese was only warm enough to melt the butter on the bread, but not the cheese. My daughter 's chicken tenders looked like chicken breast sliced into thin strips and then battered in some kind of weird batter. The side of fries looked like it also came with something we couldn 't figure out--we know it was something fried. My wife 's meal came with the completely wrong side. I was so upset, I immediately paid my ticket and left, leaving all the food on the table. Sad to say, I will never visit a Cracker Barrel again."

"We had both lunch and breakfast at this restaurant, and we were really impressed with the food and service. During our stay in our 38-foot Class A RV with our toad, we had to detach the jeep to ensure it didn't block anyone's path. It got really cold at night, and unfortunately, our jeep wouldn't start. Thankfully, Jimmy came to our rescue with a jump start. This was our first time staying overnight at a Cracker Barrel, and we found it to be a quiet and safe place. On Friday night, the restaurant was busy, especially with two large buses full of football players who were served in record time. I need to get some more **** buckles for my husband. Thank you, Cracker Barrel!"

"the waitress was inexperienced. she had a smile, but forgot half of our things. my man had trout, drilling and carrots. the dinner was not hot. fish must be standard. the rest of our food was inappropriate to serve. she could not understand the difference between chris clean roasted steak and chicken meat. I got the first, of course she came with the later. when my food came, ours is almost eating you. biscuits tasted like a big flour palp, I am your mouth. must be longer in a lot. the restaurant was so cold I could not put in a corner area we moved and it was still cold. I ask the waitress to see if they can turn it off. she said she shut off the fans. as they are many older people, I have seen many with dumbbells. not back!"

"Some in my group ordered a build your own breakfast platter. It was supposed to be eggs to your liking a sampling of ham,bacon and sausage. A side of your choice and biscuits and gravy. Well they bring out the platters and biscuits. Then bring a very small bowl of gravy. The way the menu read each person was to get a small bowl of gravy. When they brought it to the waitresses attention she said it wasn 't like that. We told her where we were from Tennessee that 's the way they did. Also in Pennsylvania. She said she 'd worked in those places and they didn 't do it that way. So 1 person got gravy the rest did without. The waitress didn 't come back but one time to ask if I wanted more coffee. She didn 't bother to ask anyone else if they would like more tea or drink. I 'm so glad to be leaving Florida. This state has the most rudest people working in the restaurant 's."
