"Some in my group ordered a build your own breakfast platter. It was supposed to be eggs to your liking a sampling of ham, bacon and sausage. A side of your choice and biscuits and gravy. Well they bring out the platters and biscuits. Then bring a very small bowl of gravy. The way the menu read each person was to get a small bowl of gravy. When they brought it to the waitresses attention she said it wasn 't like that. We told her where we were from Tennessee that 's the way they did. Also in Pennsylvania. She said she 'd worked in those places and they didn 't do it that way. So 1 person got gravy the rest did without. The waitress didn 't come back but one time to ask if I wanted more coffee. She didn 't bother to ask anyone else if they would like more tea or drink. I 'm so glad to be leaving Florida. This state has the most rudest people working in the restaurant 's."

eating was decent for a change. the waitress was a little creepier. they had a lack of personal so I tried to forgive more. try the new chicken breast with cheese and speck. huge part. haussalat was also great.

We always go to Cracker Barrel for breakfast while traveling. It might be because they are short staffed, but the wait time is getting longer. I wouldn't normally mind. But I have fur babies in our RV, that I need to consider the time. The staff is ALWAYS FRIENDLY and helpful. View menu

Were out of what I ordered to go. I ordered something else. 30 minutes later I said what 's going on ? They said waiting for you to order !! I told them I did...half an hour ago! When they did finally bring the food it was terrible! The roast beef dinner should have been called roast beef soup ! Swimming in gravy and cold!

Normally cracker barrel is so good. But our experience here last night was not great. Everything was great until our waiter brought our food. The tray the food was on fell and some of our plates of food fell on the ground and shattered. Everyone makes mistakes that wasn't a big deal but after that when they eventually brought out the food that had fallen on the floor (newly cooked food) mine was cold, the eggs were literally cold, over easy cold eggs... gross. It also took a long time to get our food out for the second time. Usually we love cracker barrel but it was just not a great experience. ?

visited this cracker barrell today (08/14/22.) after a short waiting period our four-headed party sat at the window in the back part of the restaurant. we waited approx. 15-20 minutes without being recognized. tables around us who came after us were quickly and efficiently maintained. I don't even know who our team should be. we finally got up and went after we informed a manager about the situation. had breakfast / lunch in another restaurant that was much more efficient. will never stop again at this cracker barrel; Apparently our business isn't appreciated here. That's good, I'll spend my $ elsewhere. View menu

I visited Cracker Barrel today (08/14/22). After a short wait, our party of four was seated in the back of the restaurant by the window. We waited about 15-20 minutes without being acknowledged. Tables around us that arrived after us were promptly and efficiently served. I'm not sure who our server was supposed to be. Eventually, we decided to leave after informing a manager about the situation. We had breakfast/lunch at another restaurant that was much more efficient. I will not be returning to this Cracker Barrel; it seems that our patronage is not valued here. That's fine, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Unbelievably quiet for mid-afternoon on a holiday weekend! Our waitress, whose name is Cinthya, and whose picture I am posting (with her permission) here, because she is absolutely ? your best asset! She is pure Southern charm with some Latina sass thrown in. She kept us in stitches with her routine and her knowledge of the menu, which earned her a few more laughs from us. We went in there dog-tired, and left in high spirits and a great mood. I hope that you will allow her the much-deserved kudos of having her photo in my Google review. Anybody can post a picture of their meal, but the WONDERFUL service she provided was worth way more to me than the meal! You'd better watch out you might be...
