"We walked in and saw a guy behind the counter. He just stared at us, not saying anything. We signaled 2 and he just pointed to the tables. After 5 minutes, he brought over 1 menu and 1 warm bottle of water to the table. After another 5 minutes, he came over and took our order. We got our food. Not once during our meal did he check in on us, ask if we needed anything, etc. We ordered the hot stone bibimbop and the egg was hard-boiled, rice was burnt, and only 3 pieces of bulgogi. When we finished, we sat there about 15 minutes, waiting.... They saw that we were finished, trying to get their attention, but ignored us. We finally had to go up to the register. Then they tried to charge us for extra meat . ? Like seriously?? Horrible service, won 't be returning."
