"Tried this place for the first time yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. It's like a Korean Chipotle, but with a lot more flexibility in the range of options/toppings that are added. I got a bowl with some of the tofu, rice, edamame, zucchini, carrots, onions, sprouts, the sesame soy dressing... I'm sure I'm forgetting some things, but it was all delicious. Had the second half today and it was just as tasty. Definitely recommend checking this place out; I'll be going back again for sure."

"Very odd place. The restaurant itself is always spooky empty while they have at least 3 employees parked at the bar staring at you. They clearly don't like people to order at the bar, you have to walk 5 feet for no discernable reason... Then if you sit back down you are subjected to the weird stares again. It's pretty clear they don't want anyone hanging around their restaurant or bar area. We should get our drinks and leave.While I was sitting there I saw another woman try 3 times to order a simple cocktail and got nothing but attitude from the bartender (who kept insisting that they aren't a bar.)I feel bad for confusing this place for one that wanted customers."

"Located in a raunchy neighborhood with limited street parking. Took us a few circles around the neighborhood until a space opened up. Privately owned and run. Just wish they spoke and understood better English as it was a little troublesome asking questions and staff not understanding. Makes it uncomfortable on both our parts. We had the table service where you cook your own food. As it turned out, they kept returning and cooked our food. Some of the sides that comes with the meal was not the tastiest. Kimchee was spicy but good and the main course of bulgogi was tender and sauce was juicy and marinated perfectly. Prices are higher but worth it!"

"Well this is my first time eating here so everything I say is preliminary.Taste we had tempura shrimp, edamame, gangsta roll and a spicy chicken teriyaki bowl. The tempura shrimp had great flavor and I liked the panko that was on it but the sauce not so much. The edamame was hot and I liked the rock salt on top, just wish it was mixed in a bowl while evenly seasoning it with the salt before plating. The gangsta roll was decent but the sauces were confusing the flavor and it tasted like a rice candy with a touch of crab flavor at the end. I loved the fact that the chicken was actually grilled, you can taste the fire char and the rice was good too. The veggies on top of the bowl were perfectly crunchy and cooked.Customer Service the service here wasn’t present as much as I thought it’d be, they did seem a bit busy though. We were never asked if we were doing ok or needed anything else. Food came out in decent time and the lighting was a bit dark.Price for 3 tempura shrimp it was $9. Each shrimp is $3 a bit overpriced. If you’d like to serve the shrimp, I’d recommend 3 for $7 and 5 for $10. The edamame was average price for the amount but honestly it was a lot of food for an appetizer. You can save money and food waste if you give two options for edamame, a single and a share option, try and do that, trust me it will work for the best. The roll was priced like any other sushi place, not much to say. The spicy chicken teriyaki was the best priced for the quantity. I wasn’t able to finish it and it had a lot of rice as well.In conclusion, I’d like to try this place again knowing what I know now. I hope owner/management looks into what I said and I think this place has potential. Cheers!"

"the first time when eating in omogari. we sat just before 18:30 on a Saturday night and it was pretty busy shortly after. husband and I both ordered the short ribbing sponge boop and both enjoyed it. it was super hot and impatient, so I burned my back a little?. would you like to come back and the grilled short ribs and taste the fried rice dishes!"

"I dined here last evening and feel that the previous 3-star reviews accurately reflect my experience. My primary concern was the service, especially considering our substantial spend of $500, excluding tips. The restaurant includes a 5% Kitchen Support Fee, which I find perplexing since our server wasn't involved in cooking our food on the grill, an expectation for guests at this upscale venue. Additionally, our server recommended a $80 bottle of soju at 9:45 pm, after offering a complimentary sample. This led to a rushed atmosphere, with repeated suggestions to pack our unfinished bottle to-go. In hindsight, forgoing the upsale would have been preferable. It's also worth noting the absence of dessert options. Overall, there are better dining choices available."

"If you plan to dine here, be precautious for the restaurant owner yelling at you, throwing things at you and claiming my son is a lawyer. She physically assaulted us and my phone got hit my friend 's wrist was pulled and hurt. The restaurant charges tips automatically for party of 2. It was not shown on my receipt, only my friend found out before I signed my name on the bill for $5 tip (on top of their auto tips for $20 of food. (Picture included. We then requested the restaurant to print a receipt without the auto tips so that we could add our own. As you can see in the picture of my original receipt, I don 't tip badly (even though they gave us a soup with human hairs in it the server helped to change the food , but we didn 't like the way they were trying to fool us around. The server called the owner, and she came yelling at us don 't come again, just sign . After we insisted on a bill reprinted, the owner then threw at us one dollar bills yelling, as if we were caring about several dollars of tips. No, we didn 't care about dollars, and I normally tip better than their auto tips, but we cared about being conned and we cared about the attitude of the restaurant owner. She even said my son is a lawyer . I guess she 's fairly confident that she could just do whatever, because her son would back her up in court?She didn 't seem mentally stable and she came really close to us physically. I started recording this situation and she hit my phone, trying to grab me, reaching towards my pocket (or hand, I don 't honestly know, as you can see in the pictures. She went further to pull my friend 's wrist and hurt her. It was a bit scary at the moment. I 'm glad I videotaped everything. So, if you plan to dine here, good luck. Food: health problemsI got army stew and had 2 pieces of human long hairs in it. It was disgusting. The server was nice to change it for me. But anyway you can imagine the health problems the restaurant might have. Service: They were short staffed, only one waitress doing everything. She was nice and I don 't blame her being slow to bring the water to our table. It was like 20 minutes after we sit down. There were maybe 3 or 4 tables of customers in the restaurant when we came, and there were tables left not cleaned. We waited a few minutes for the table to be cleaned up. The food came about 25 minutes after we placed the order. That was already 45 minutes after we sit down. In general I 'd say slow, slow service. The waitress was nice though. It 's just very short staffed. I will, of course, never come back again after the assault of the owner."

"Talk about an actual hole in the wall! When I picked up my order, I asked them how long they've been around four years! I'm so mad I missed out on them for that long, but wow, I hope they continue to be here for the long haul.I ordered the spicy pork bibimbap, no mushrooms, and 6pc. fried dumpling. The dumplings were so good and a little bit of the dumpling sauce goes a long way. The bibimbap was AHMAZING. Fresh slightly pickled veggies, perfectly yolky egg. I asked them to hold the mushrooms. I do wish the kimchi included was a bigger amount, but I'm selfish for kimchi perfectly pickled and spiced. They'll certainly see me more often!"

"Although the combination of Korean and Japanese dishes under Chinese management might not sound appealing to everyone, the food I tried exceeded my expectations. "Tofu Village is my favorite spot for bulgogi, providing a delightful cook-it-yourself dining experience. This was my first experience with Korean BBQ, and I found it very welcoming for beginners—although it definitely helps to go with someone who knows the dishes and the dining process. Since that first visit, I’ve returned three more times and have consistently enjoyed excellent service, top-notch food, and easy reservations. I can’t help but dine here every time I’m in Marietta. The only downside? I wish I had a bigger appetite to keep savoring all the amazing food!"

"I had just lunch there and it was very fantastic thanks to our great host and server, benjamin! we had everything you can eat for $22 / per person. many of the appetizer choices including tofu suppe, japchae, bone in chicken legs and my favourites, steamei. I will return only for steaming alone because of the silky smooth texture of the egg. no pictures because I burned it down. next to rice we also get salat (what in the rule an additional fee in some restaurants that we were) and a delicious pineapple sauce. the restaurant was very clean, lots of parking and children friendly choices. again I would like to praise benjamin because he has explained our options. the service was fast and he would regularly check us and offer us to change our cook grill. Just remember that when they get ayce, their whole party must take part. bring her phone so they can scan the QR code to see the menu. will return!"

"Decor is cool and has a fun vibe, but service was terrible. Didn’t have any food so can’t vouch for that, but what we saw looked good. Came in for drinks on a Saturday night around 10pm with a group of 4. We were seated at a table quickly and told to use the button to ring for service when we were ready. We pushed the button, waited several minutes with no response or glance in our direction. 20 minutes later and multiple button pushes with no response, we had to flag someone down just to order drinks. At least once the order was in the drinks arrived quickly."

"The budae jjigae was perfect for a chilly day, with a steaming pot of stew right in front of us. I recommend ordering a few extra servings of ramen for $3 each, as the stew only came with half a package—which was surprising given that it cost $27. I can't believe instant noodles can be that pricey! You can also get rice for $2 a bowl, which complements the stew nicely. One thing to note is that they only accept cash for tips, so make sure to bring some. You can still pay your bill with a credit card. Oh, and I saw a sign that offers free chicken on your birthday.
