Front desk customer service is not 5 star but you don't expect it in a small kitchen like this where all staff are busy; we came here for dinner and we were seated immediately; side sauces are clean and filled up; the ambience is fair, spacing is a bit condensed; cutlery, table and floor are clean; decor and styling is fair; noise level average is 71 decibels; close to other Korean businesses and Ross. 2 to 3 pages of menu items with separate listing for lunch. Wait time to be served is a blistering 2 minutes and 30 seconds. We ordered a beef meat combo that is good for 4 person. Presentation is fair to good with good portion sizes; the aroma is the best, your food is being grilled in front of you so this takes the trophy. The hotness and doneness will be decided by you so don't blame anyone for this. They have a lot of side dishes with different levels of saltiness, sweetness, umami, spiciness, texture and balance.Overall, the food is excellent with good price-to-value ratio; I highly recommend the food and this restaurant.On a side note, if they see you struggle with grilling (or you don't look Korean enough ? they would stop by every 2 -3 minutes to grill the meat for you; this alone is a 5-star service in my book."
