"Don't know if Zoey was new, but she needs re-trained. Came to table for drink order within reasonable time. Brought drinks and walked away for an EXTENDED time. Didn't ask if we were ready to order. We were not still looking at the menu. She wasn't busy. At one point, she came out from back to put a salt shaker on a table no one was sitting at! I made eye contact thinking she'd realize we were ready to order, and she turned and went into the back. I wanted to not leave a tip or 10%, but my friend talked me into 15%. I will say the food is good and most of the time so is the service."

"YES. YES. ALWAYS YES!!! I am surprised that there are any reviews less than five stars! The most incredible dinner, the views are outstanding, beautiful, sunset views, with gorgeous scenes of surrounding mountains. The service is exceptional, Sean was hilarious and attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu and drink options! He is even a Somme and can recommend any wine for anybody. Holy moly, this really my family when I took them here when they were visiting me for my birthday! The Korean barbecue, short ribs, and the brussels sprouts were by far my favorite, everything was absolutely delicious and the cake at the end was so sweet of the team! Seriously cannot speak highly enough of this restaurant and experience here! I have been here about five times and every time has been perfect and I thank the amazing staff so much for such a lovely time!"

"I have been to Houlihan's before and have had positive experiences but this time was not. While our table was ready for us right at our scheduled time, the remainder of the night was not great. There was an overhead light that kept going from bright to dim, bright to dim, bright to dim right over our table. This happened on and off throughout the night. We were also entirely ignored for the first 20 minutes after we sat down, then even after ordering a glass of wine, it took another 15 or so to order. We ordered an appetizer (the Mushrooms amazing) and the fish tacos to split between the two of us (so not a lot of food) but that then proceeded to take a full half hour to arrive. We had made our server aware that we had a show we were going to so while we thought a full hour and 15 minutes would be plenty, we were mistaken. Do not go there hoping for timely service. Or for the manager to come by and either apologize for the crazy light or for the tardy food (which was great when it arrived)."

"I booked a table for 10 people at the Bierhalle in Level99. I've dined multiple times in the taproom, and it was fantastic! However, the Bierhalle was a disappointing experience. We were given just one table that could barely accommodate 4 people, let alone 10. When I spoke to a staff member, she suggested I ask someone else to help us move to another table. I'm not sure why that responsibility fell to me, especially since I made a reservation. Additionally, there were children running between the tables, screaming loudly during our visit. While the food was good, my advice is to eat in the taproom and skip the Bierhalle!"

"There was 4 people in our party we all ordered from the prix fixe menu. 3 of the 4 first course came out at least 10 minutes before the last one. Then 3 out of the 4 main course came out at least 15 minutes before the 4th one. The steaks were not cooked as requested and the shrimp pasta was bland. When the check came there was drinks that did not belong to us on it. My husband was excited about coming to Houlihans in stl after he had visited one for the first time while on a business trip in Ny. This was a very disappointing first impression."

"we had no luck with buffets in myrtle, but so glad we decided to try crabby george’s! I chased crab legs and wanted them to be birthday. the personal is so friendly and on the ball. the price is $43 per adult (with the credit card), but this is on place with all the buffets in the opposite. eating was excellent, crab legs were hot and plentiful, even the spatula was grilled to perfection that is difficult to come. they offer ice cream on the tables for all their revealed seafood, which is a really beautiful note. I know it doesn't play a role, but the restaurant playlist also slept.? I will definitely return and recommend to try it!"

"Came in for the first time today. The atmosphere was inviting and I was immediately impressed with how clean and tidy everything was. Adorable decorations and many different kinds of mochi, tea, boba, and other refreshments. My partner and I were very hungry and ordered a poke bowl, a tofu pad thai, spring rolls and a thai tea. The friendliest service really made a great impression on us. The food came out very quickly and tasted SO GOOD!! We were so so pleased with everything. Literally the best Pad Thai I have ever had. They had so many options and everything looked so good. Thank you Asian House for a fantastic first visit. You guys are amazing and we cant wait to come back. "

"The food was mediocre—nothing special to recommend. Some dishes were served cold, while others lacked flavor, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, some plates appeared to be inadequately washed, with remnants of old food still visible. The staff was friendly initially, but their demeanor changed when it was time to settle the bill. Our hostess pressured us for a tip, which I felt was unwarranted. Tipping should be reserved for excellent service, and the combination of lackluster food and the pushy request for tips left much to be desired."

"I had the best customer service I've ever experienced, and the most authentic Hawaiian food I've had on the mainland! We requested modifications to the Katsu chicken, asking for it to be served with two sunny-side-up eggs on top, and we mentioned we would be sharing it. They graciously divided the meal onto two plates and garnished each one beautifully! Plus, the eggs were perfectly cooked! I will definitely be coming back!"

"I have been going to this place since I was a tiny child and the quality of food and atmosphere has never lessened. The family who owns it is full of very sweet individuals, and their prices are pretty decent. You can order from the menu or you can get a variety for takeout from the buffet. I am obsessed with their snow shrimp and black pepper chicken. The only cons are I wish they would bring their hibachi grill back, and their dessert options are not the best. Regardless, it's still the 1st spot I will recommend to anyone visiting Lawrenceburg!"

"So disappointed in my order yesterday. My kids food was fine. I ordered bourbon chicken. It was sooooo overcooked and dry. Been going here for years and for this to come out of their kitchen is sad. I was really looking forward to some nice saucy chicken. That was not the case. I can't believe they put this in my bag instead of remaking it. The chicken was so hard, I couldn't even chew it. 13 bucks down the drain."

"Honestly I don?t know why this place has a 3.7 star standing right now. I mean everything was amazing service, ambiance, the price and most important, the taste! My family and I are quite picky eaters so I do a lot of research and read reviews before I choose a location. Yesterday was just of those chances I took based on pictures and we do not regret going. We had an amazing time just walking around the building and having dinner at 12 moons. Here?s what we ordered. picked cucumber salad firecracker shrimp (spicy one) lemongrass chicken wings 12 moons fried rice (small portion) beef mongolian (small portion) chow mein (small portion) triple layer cake mochi *the small portions are fairly large so it was plenty for us. We were three people. Also the taro chips they bring as a complimentary starter were amazing. Tasted very fresh and the flavour was very unique! Hope you all enjoy as much as we did!"
