"What a horrible visit. From the moment we came in, until the moment we left an hour and forty-five minutes later, it was awful. Things that happened while on this visit: Dirty dishes. We were brought our tea with dirty cups. very dirty, not like a little spot. The waitress took our appetizer order. She then took our food order. about 30 minutes later, nothing had come to the table yet. Finally, the appetizer arrived. She assured us our food was on the way . She refilled our water, and in doing so spilled one all over the table and down my leg. She said she would be right back to clean up the spill but did not return. thirty more minutes go by, and she comes over with egg drop soup, which we did not order, and says I 'm so sorry. They are rushing your order right now. fifteen minutes later, she brings the food (we ordered the honey crispy chicken and the honey crispy shrimp). What she delivered was kung pao dishes. I asked what it was and reminded her what we ordered, and she said she would have them make us the right dishes, but at this time I said no, we would eat what she brought. At no time did a manager, or anyone check in with us. She did have the entrees removed from the bill, without me asking, but the trip was two hours, I left feeling awful about the experience, and with a still damp lag and shoe. awful."
