"So this place used to be the place to eat. That wat then, today itâs no more than a sub-par Chinese restaurant. Letâs start by saying that the server was careless and insensitive. I ordered shrimp dumplings steamed and arrived at my table cold form the fridge. I told the waiter and it was sent back. He tells me it was not for my table, as if anyone orders it cold. All he had to do is say sorry. So simple! Moved to the entrees which tasted as if it was ordered from another Chinese restaurant and served to me. Letâs say that this is not going to be a repeat experience. The place was half empty and that is simply proof that they let the Place go. I know, itâs so hard to find help, the kitchen is working out kinks and yet other places are thriving. No, itâs easy to keep giving excuses, specially when rent is due and you have to tell the landlord you canât pay. Think about it, if the service was good and the food was good , then business would be great. Bye bye bye PF Changs."

The restaurant did not acknowledge this reservation. Very embarrassing for a business meeting to walk in and not have a reservation. Very disappointing.

We arrived minutes early but the hostess told us she just gave away the last outdoor table and tried to get us to sit inside, which we werenât comfortable with due to COVID. She told us it would be a minute wait. We went for a short walk and noticed an empty table on the patio. When we came back in she told us, quite rudely, that we couldnât have that table so as not to overload the servers. Fortunately, the manager came by and promptly seated us. The hostess glared at us annoyed. Great food but horrible hostess- wonât return! A hostess should exemplify customer service.
