"I suggested to my family to eat there this evening remembering that I always had a great meal every time I ate at a location in D.C. We waited 30 minutes to be seated, we ordered drinks (non-alcoholic) Pomegranate Lemonade and my children ordered plain lemonade and Mr. Pibb. Our two Pomegranate drinks took over 10 minutes, our appetizers came, and were good. From there it was a nightmare our food took over 45 minutes. Our steaks were supposed to be medium rare and came out well done, my wife?s egg rolls never came until we?re about to leave. Yes they did not charge us the the steaks and egg rolls, but it ruined our evening. The manger did nothing to ensure we comeback, all that was said is we did not charge you for them. Very disappointing, and frustrating to try and eat out these days."

"This was surprisingly our 1st time here and I've lived here my whole life. The atmosphere was great. We walked right in and got a seat at 730pm on a Saturday night. The food was good, but the orange chicken tastes way to much like an orange. Some orange is good, but it was overwhelmingly orangey. We won't get that again, but we will definitely be back. We had left overs for days."

"Our reservation was at We were seated at We had a show. Our entrees arrived at We had one drink between and and were not asked if we would like another one. The waiter continually brought food to our table that was not ours. The waiter seemed to be avoiding our table, rushing past us without stopping. When he finally stopped so we could ask where our entrees were (around he told us there was a mix up in the kitchen and they were going to put a rush on our food. I asked to speak to a manager and to have some of our food taken off the bill as we were not going to have time to eat. He said it's Friday night and packed, what do you expect Every other table was empty. We were charged full price and had minutes to eat our entrees."

"Overall good food and service. The egg rolls and waygu dumplings have become our go to appetizer and the Korean bulgolgi as an entree. While we did order the Kung Pao chicken it wasn’t as impressive as the other dishes. While still tasty, the taste of peanut overwhelmed it a bit too much instead of the chili flavor we were looking for. The drinks were made well and the Tiger New Year drink is delicious. Honestly this is the time we’ve been here and it’s been good both times."

"First impressions can't be changed and the host looked miserable. No smile, no welcome to P.F. Chang's, no nothing. We had never been to a P.F. Chang's before and he certainly didn't make us feel welcome. We were about minutes early for our reservation and were told we would have to wait, even though the restaurant was less than half full. Our server was Anthony, and he was very nice, knowledgeable and did his best to take great care of us, but we felt he may have been held up by the back of the house. Took quite a while to get a Maitai from the bar. The food was excellent, though the Pepper Steak had too much sauce, and too sweet. Overall, it was a great value. We ate well and still had plenty of leftovers for tomorrow. We will definitely return, but your hosthostess definitely needs a friendlier face"

"P.F. Chang's refused to honor our OpenTable reservation, even when I showed the hostess the reservation confirmation email on my phone. She mumbled about how they weren't taking OpenTable reservations because they were busy, but at no point did I receive a cancellation or rejection email, from OpenTable or P.F. Chang's. This was an extremely frustrating dining experience, as we were meeting a friend from out of town, and had to make new plans on January with many restaurants closed for the holiday on the spot, in the cold"

"We have eaten here many times, but found this time to be subpar. We ordered pot stickers that arrived almost rare. After finally flagging down someone to help us, they just removed them with no apologies. We asked to have them removed from out bill, which they did. I think serving undercooked food might have brought a response from the manager, but no one seemed to care. The service over all was awful even though they weren't that busy. we were very disappointed in the whole experience"

"Service was poor, food was mediocre at best, certainly not what ive come to expect from PF Chang. could of had the same meal at panda and not spent $300 for six people to eat. For a restaurant that was not packed our food took forever to get, all the sauces and soup were extremely thick and viscous, like someone didnt know how to use cornstarch. Poor experience, not sure i would return to any pf changs based on this trip."

"The entree that we ordered was not what I had been used to in the past. Most entrees can be shared among two people. That is what we did. We ordered the sweet and sour chicken, and each of us maybe got three chickens a piece. It was a good thing our waitress asked if we wanted more rice or we would've had to get more food somewhere else. We also got seated next to a family that was extremely loud, parents shouting, and I might as well have been watching TV. They were playing videos from their phone that I could clearly hear. Was extremely disappointed with the food and ambiance of PF Changs. Will not be returning anytime soon. Especially since it is out of my way to get to."

"The hostess who seated our quests was rudy and not helpful. I had requested a corner round booth weeks ago when I made my reservation. The other couple arrived to the restaurant before we did and asked to be seated. She took them to another table and when our friends questioned her as they were seated at a booth next to the requested corner booth, which was available, she merely stated this was where she was seating us. About minutes later she seated a family of four with small children and no reservation at the corner booth. We asked to see the Manager who listened but could do nothing nor did he offer something in return. We will not be going back to this restaurant."

"Service was good: Nate the Great took good care of us. Moscow mule was delicious several times over. Had spring rolls for appetizer, ordered the ginger chicken and the spicy tuna roll, along with the garlic noddles insider secret: these USED to be on the menu back in the day; haven’t been for years but they will still make them if asked. "We were there on a Sunday evening, party of 2. The restaurant was not packed, and there appeared to be plenty of staff. Our server was awful. She was so inattentive, another server actually noticed it and volunteered to help us. The server for the couple next to us dropped their bowl of rice on the floor, and it was several minutes before it was picked up. Apparently, another couple had a problem with their meal, because the manager came to our table by mistake. The kitchen was slow, and when we finally received our food, it was subpar. The fried rice was wet and mushy. The sesame chicken was overcooked and rubbery. I ordered cheesecake for dessert, and it looked like it had been dropped. All in all, we were there for nearly 2 hours, due to the bad service and slow kitchen. I've been to this particular restaurant over the years, and this was extremely disappointing. Except for the waiter who stepped in to help us, it appears the staff is undertrained and not managed well."

"Sadly, PF Chang’s has really gone downhill since my last dining experience. The food I ordered “Buddha’s Feast” tasted like it was frozen Chinese food that had been microwaved seriously! The vegetables were mushy. My friends liked the sampler tray they ordered, but agreed that mine was really bad. The bottles of beer we ordered took about minutes to arrive, maybe longer. Our waitress said she had to get the manager involved in order to get our beverages. What? How weird. How hard is it to open a bottle of beer? We didn’t even have fancy drink orders. Lastly, the ladies rest room was a mess paper towels all over the floor from an overflowing waste bin and dust on everything. Really won’t make any plans to eat here again when there are so many other better dining options in Louisville."

"The green beans were great, Potstickers OK. The Orange Chicken had a decent taste, but was lukewarm, like the Combo Lo Mein (meh). Our server, Randy was topnotch...attentive enough without being intrusive. It took time when we needed it and responded to small signals. What we liked least (and partly our mistake - we needed an early reservation before a show... the sound level was terrible. There were a lot of ambient noises (MANY small children!!! and DREADFUL noises play as music. After 7 p.m. it calmed down and the music improved. I would say avoid going early on Saturday!"

"The delivery took one hour more than first promised. When it arrived the food was cold. The honey chicken was tasty but the fried rice was very plain. The total (for one dinner) was $33.00 after a $10.00 discount as a first- time user! Very disappointing considering we have eaten at P.F, Changs several times and always enjoyed it. I guess we have to blame Door Dash. Sorry!"

"Open Table was a horrible experience, as trying to make a reservation using points would not let me even find the restaurant, then once I called the restaurant it started to work. Was making a reservation for 31 JAN 24, but the Open Table System ran it as 07 FEB 24, and the restaurant was seeing the same thing as I was. Tried to modify the reservation, but it would only let me do the time, so the restaurant held us a spot, and once we got there, and the modifications had not gone through, we made a new reservation, without using points, and that worked. Tried to use the Gift Card that Open Table had sent me, and the restaurant tried four times, but it too would not work !!! Great dinner, and impressed by the staff there trying to make it work for us."
