"I made reservations to dine at PF Chang's in Back Bay through Open Table. When I arrived, the hostess claimed that the restaurant did not use Open Table, but assured us that we could still have a table. I showed her my confirmation on my phone, but she continued to insist that it was incorrect. Despite the frustration, I did earn 100 points! I have dined at this restaurant multiple times before and enjoy the variety of small plates on the menu. The food always meets my expectations."

I enjoyed lunch at the bar. Service was excellent. Food was hot and fresh. Very nice visit

The food was served before the drinks and the portions were small and not very appetizing.

I felt the music was way too loud for the restaurant. Especially when sitting close to other tables with lots of chattering. View menu

We enjoyed our visit to PF Chang's in Boston. The food was tasty but we found the portions to have decreased significantly in size. Our server Sarah was very polite and got everything right!

We were seated for about ten minutes and had to ask for a server. And we had a reservation. The bar was busy so it took a lot of time to gets our drinks. Our food came fast and it was very good

Another great visit. Food and service was excellent. Wine selections were also very good, although the price per glass was a bit high. The space is quite noisy with background music turned up way too loud. Also the space was uncharacteristically warm. Overall another great trip. View menu

Very poor service (waited and waited) on every level (take order, follow up on food, and especially waiting for the bill/final receipt twice). Also the bathroom was very dirty. This restaurant has really gone downhill. Sad as it is really the only Chinese restaurant chain. The restaurant at Natick Mall is a world of a difference.

I have always enjoyed the food at PF Changs. The place was empty. We sat right away. We ordered our food right away. The waiter was in training and did a fabulous job. The food was delicious. I think they might just need a “makeover”. They’ve been there a long time and they could do with a deep cleaning, some fresh paint and some new ideas. They need to do something because they were dead in an area and on a night where every playhouse had a performance.

"No soup/sandwich shop compares in terms of price per quality, portion size, and different options in the area. I only started ordering from here about 2 weeks ago and I’ve now had 7 different kinds of soups and 4 different kinds of sandwiches after the first order I started ordering two soups and a sandwich aka a soup to save for later because they’re just that good, every one of them. Price is so very reasonable and depending on which combo you get you can make out with a full sized sandwich and large sized homemade soup for $14.While it’s hard to recommend one thing over another in this circumstance since it’s all been great in their own ways, the Chicken Chowder is something I plan on getting a quart of next time it’s available. The Chicken Barley and Chicken Lemon Rice are ones I plan on getting quarts of in the future as well, and that’s not to discount the Chicken Noodle, Beef and Veg Noodle Stew, French Onion, and the current seasonal Chilled Gazpacha (which I probably wouldn’t have even tried it wasn’t from these guys . It’s all top quality. The Chicken Tarragon sandwich is my favorite in terms of sandwiches although it can’t combo with a soup as of now (please let us! . The best cheap soup combo sandwich is a tossup between the Cilantro Tuna and Ciabatta Sandwich, which are both incredible in their own ways. The only few drawbacks to this place are they don’t have every soup they make every day, are only open until 4PM, and aren’t open on the weekends. That said it’s worth it to plan accordingly for this. I never review anything but this place is worth it it’s the best if you’re a soup and sandwich person like I am."
