"We were there on a Sunday evening, party of 2. The restaurant was not packed, and there appeared to be plenty of staff. Our server was awful. She was so inattentive, another server actually noticed it and volunteered to help us. The server for the couple next to us dropped their bowl of rice on the floor, and it was several minutes before it was picked up. Apparently, another couple had a problem with their meal, because the manager came to our table by mistake. The kitchen was slow, and when we finally received our food, it was subpar. The fried rice was wet and mushy. The sesame chicken was overcooked and rubbery. I ordered cheesecake for dessert, and it looked like it had been dropped. All in all, we were there for nearly 2 hours, due to the bad service and slow kitchen. I've been to this particular restaurant over the years, and this was extremely disappointing. Except for the waiter who stepped in to help us, it appears the staff is undertrained and not managed well."
