"We were there on a Sunday evening, party of 2. The restaurant was not packed, and there appeared to be plenty of staff. Our server was awful. She was so inattentive, another server actually noticed it and volunteered to help us. The server for the couple next to us dropped their bowl of rice on the floor, and it was several minutes before it was picked up. Apparently, another couple had a problem with their meal, because the manager came to our table by mistake. The kitchen was slow, and when we finally received our food, it was subpar. The fried rice was wet and mushy. The sesame chicken was overcooked and rubbery. I ordered cheesecake for dessert, and it looked like it had been dropped. All in all, we were there for nearly 2 hours, due to the bad service and slow kitchen. I've been to this particular restaurant over the years, and this was extremely disappointing. Except for the waiter who stepped in to help us, it appears the staff is undertrained and not managed well."

Celebrated my daughter’s birthday. We had a great time. Servers were pleasant. Food was good. Had reservations. No wait time. We were seated promptly. Definitely will return.

I have always loved to eat here BUT the menu is getting smaller!! They are taking out my favorite dishes like: the duck, Sichuan beef, orange peeled chicken, double fried noodles etc etc Didn’t have any kind of hot tea It was a Monday so maybe that is why they were understaffed. I was disappointed

Initial contact took quite a while. We were probably there 10 mins before our waitress even took our drink orders. The food portions and menu have changed drastically over the years. I’m sure this is a response to inflation and COVID, but the cost-to-food ratio was disappointing. I also listed it as a special occasion, and that was never acknowledged. Overall, just disappointed in what USED to be one of my top favorite restaurants.
