"Always amazed how prepared food can have zero flavor. The standout in the trio is the salsa, the guacamole had minimal flavor, queso (which, this reviewer loves) had an off-putting taste, possibly, cilantro. Wedge salad, is ok and plentiful. Chicken enchilada is prepared with prepared chicken (think John Soules fajita package) and again, just blah, zero seasoning on bean and rice. That being said, great atmosphere, FANTASTIC music tracks. Service was minimal, never a refill, or a check back on how is everything... If you want some drinks, atmosphere and not really interested in flavorful cuisine, basically, just texture in your mouth, give Santa Fe Capitol Grill a go."
