"I have eaten several times at jose and that was the worst. my favourite dish, afteros were so crowded with jalapeños that the juice was all softening. the server finally asked if I needed a refill after the person who had supplied the food had already taken care of it before. she never asked again and my companion was never asked or received a refill. at the end I gave her my reward number to get credit for the meal. she returned and told me I had points so that there was no discount. I checked before we got out and I had this point. she didn't give me the reward statement that I got every other time to complete the transaction. When I came home, I found out that I still had the same points. this visit was undoubtedly my worst experience at joses."
