"I have eaten several times at jose and that was the worst. my favourite dish, afteros were so crowded with jalapeños that the juice was all softening. the server finally asked if I needed a refill after the person who had supplied the food had already taken care of it before. she never asked again and my companion was never asked or received a refill. at the end I gave her my reward number to get credit for the meal. she returned and told me I had points so that there was no discount. I checked before we got out and I had this point. she didn't give me the reward statement that I got every other time to complete the transaction. When I came home, I found out that I still had the same points. this visit was undoubtedly my worst experience at joses."

My only complaint was that the price of the meals have all gone up quite a bit. I understand it's the cost of doing business, it's just unfortunate as it causes some of us to eat out much less.

The tameles were dry and not much meat inside them. My tacos were great. My wife's cheese enchiladas were very dry and hard on the bottom. The server that took care of us was very good at his job.

the chips that were served were burned or even restored? the beer was served in a dose, not even ask if we wanted a glass! the excessive setting of the server was bad as he didn't even want to be there. we were here earlier and had a much better experience than last night. View menu

The green chile was exactly how I wanted it! It had just the right amount of spice to enhance the flavor without overpowering it. The fajitas were tasty, especially with the mix of sautéed vegetables. Make sure to ask for black beans instead of refried beans. While I do wish the tortillas were vegan, the bib lettuce was a great alternative for this dish.

service was great, but there was an aggressive smell! like big foot lined, a few bad eaten and pooped on the floor. a kind of hot mud stinks, my daughter and I wanted to identify the source of smell. at a point we had actually thought cameras, we actually found big foot it was such a loud smell! we mentioned it to the waitress, and she said it's probably just that sound!
