"Ben and Jerry's is a well-known destination for ice cream lovers. While I find the ice cream enjoyable, I think it is somewhat overrated, especially at this location. The quality is decent but not exceptional, and paying around $7-8 for a regular cone seems a bit excessive. The staff appeared to be overwhelmed, which detracted from the overall experience, and the noise level inside was quite high. When I got to the register, the employees seemed to forget my order, even though they had just prepared it. To make matters worse, they presented the iPad for a tip afterward. I left a 10% tip since they are quite young, but I believe both the service and pricing could use some improvement moving forward."

"I will say the ice cream is a little pricey, however, it is well worth the price! The ice cream is extremely delicious and the employees give you a generous amount. The staff is pretty friendly and the store was clean. My favorite part is that they stay open pretty late on the weekends to satisfy my ice cream cravings!"

"The cashier had attitude from the moment we walked in, clearly upset that we entered after 9 (why not say you?re closed rather than serve us? . My wife ordered 2 small cups and was given one small cup with 2 flavors. Honestly, no problem! We asked for another cup instead so that we could split it for our guests. She gave it to us and right after said ?you?re not allowed to do this,? with a rude tone and an even ruder face. We told her she heard us wrong and gave us the wrong order. Not our fault and she didn?t need to give us the second cup if it wasn?t allowed. She continued to talk down to us as if we were stupid. None of this had to happen. If she wasn?t going to serve us kindly, she could have just said they were closed. If the cup wasn?t allowed, she could have told us to order another or just not given us the cup. Such an annoying memory on a nice night. This occurred on 5/31/22 at 9:15pm."

"I ordered a cake online and mistakenly selected the wrong date—seven days later than I actually needed it. That was entirely my fault. However, Natalie was amazing! She quickly helped us choose a delicious substitute cake from the freezer and even added the message I requested. She truly saved the day. "We don't have a Ben & Jerry's in our hometown, so discovering this stand in the mall food court was a delightful surprise. On a Saturday night, one young man was working solo and did his utmost to keep the line moving. He even had to manage some wandering kids who slipped into the stand while their parents were distracted on their phones. The ice cream that evening was just average, but I would give the young man at the stand a solid 5 stars for his effort."

"We absolutely adore Ben and Jerry's in Davidson! The staff is consistently friendly and the ice cream is incredible. My personal favorites are the Coffee Coffee BuzzBuzz and the 7-Layer Bar (I always get half of each)! My husband enjoys trying a different flavor in a waffle cone every time. Once we make our selection, we head straight out to Main Street to enjoy our treats and people watch. We highly recommend this place year-round!"

"Great ice cream products like always. I went closer to closing time which apparently is when everyone else also decided to stop in. The workers got through the line quickly. The girl who helped me noticed me struggling with stuff I had walked to the gas station to grab before returning to my room, the gas station attendant wouldn't give me a bag, but she was very sweet and offered me a bag to help me out which was much appreciated. This is conveniently located within walking distance of the hotel I was staying in which was a nice surprise. If I had to come back up I would stop in again."

"From the moment I heard there was a Ben Jerry's Scoop Shop in the Jack London Square area, I wanted to visit. I finally had the chance to make this visit. It was another really hot summer day in Contra Costa and a deserved late afternoon break was just what I needed. From my own experience with Ben Jerry's Scoop Shops, this Scoop Shop at Jack London Square is pretty good. There are two entrances in this shop, one gives you the one you enter Ben Jerry's feeling with the logo sign above your head. And then there is a side entrance that puts you right in front of the ice order counter, with friendly faces waiting to help you. These Ben Jerry's creator not only serve ice cream, they have sorbet, smoothies, shakes, hot chocolate, ice cream, etc. They had samples of waffle cones available for my visit. It was delicious. As with many ice cream shops, you can taste other flavors. After I tried a few ice flavors and sorbet flavors, I chose her sorbet aromas of Lemonade and Margarita. The Lemonade was on the tard side, which I hoped it would be perfect. Due to the size of the shop there are a few tables to enjoy your desserts. But if you decide not to sit inside, there are benches distributed over Jack London Square to sit and it's just a few short blocks on the waterfront. Cost? I personally thought it was a Ted on the pricier side. $6 for 2 pots of ice when I have a whole pint of Ben Jerry's ice cream in the grocery store for less than $6. Yeah, visiting a real Ben Jerry's Scoop shop is a treat. But overall, Ben Jerry's is a great brand, they have big ice cream. I can't wait to see her hot chocolate again."

"We had patronized this location multiple times over the years with the family. Our last experience a few months ago has us not returning. We always ordered the Mini-Vermonster. The kids loved to create and eat it. On this visit we were informed that the owner said this item could no longer be offered because they weren 't making any money on it. We thought the server was kidding...but he was actually being honest. Anyone that visits Ben Jerry 's doesn 't go there if they are concerned about the cost. I asked why it was still listed on the menu, and was told they were not sure. I also watched a young man stick one of his gloved fingers into his ear multiple times while serving customers...DISGUSTING!!! I shared our questions and concerns with corporate about this experience, they didn 't respond back. Unfortunately now national chains often lack the care and support for their businesses versus locally owned shops. Thankfully there are many great choices in the area for ice cream that we visit now."

"Ben & Jerry's was a fantastic place! The outdoor seating was ample and perfect for my friends and me to relax and enjoy ourselves. We had a wonderful time there. The only downside was that they didn't have pineapple sorbet, which almost made me hesitate to order anything. At first, they said they couldn't make shakes, but luckily, someone came out who knew how to prepare them, and we were able to place our orders after all."

"Whenever I visit a new place, I usually seek out small, family-owned chocolate shops. Most of the reviews I came across for this shop focused on their ice cream, which I didn't try. Instead, I purchased an assortment of chocolates, and I have to say that even without considering the price, it was some of the worst candy I've ever had. I started with a salted caramel, which had a metallic taste, and I ended up throwing it away. I then tried a different piece, but it had the same metallic flavor, so that one went in the trash too. In total, half a pound of chocolates went to waste since there was nothing enjoyable about them. Honestly, I found Dove chocolate and my dad's Russell Stover's candies to be far superior."

"I enjoy Ben and Jerry's New York Chocolate Fudge more than any other ice cream . The chocolate taste is great and the walnuts add crunch and flavor. The chunks of chocolates especially the white ones are a waste in this recipe. I often wished they would add roasted hazelnut instead. Not sure what the flavor would be like. Yummy I hope. "This Ben Jerry's holds a special place in my heart, and I've been coming here for over fifteen years now. What started as childhood trips with my parents has turned into a personal tradition that I still enjoy as an adult. One of my favorite memories from being a kid was how generous the staff was with samples. I remember walking up to the counter, barely tall enough to see over it, and the workers would patiently let me try flavor after flavor until I found the perfect one. Half Baked is probably my number one the combination of cookie dough and brownie pieces is absolutely perfect. Cherry Garcia has this classic appeal with those sweet cherry chunks that never gets old. And Americone Dream with its caramel swirl and waffle cone pieces always feels like a special treat. But honestly, the ice cream is only part of the experience. The real magic happens when you take your scoop outside to one of the little tables and just watch the world go by. Reston Town Center always has this pleasant energy families walking around, people heading to dinner, kids playing in the open areas. It's the perfect spot for people watching while you enjoy your ice cream. The absolute best seats are the ones near the Mercury fountain. There's something so peaceful about sitting there with your ice cream, listening to the water and watching people stroll past. I've spent countless afternoons there over the years, from dealing with teenage drama to processing adult life challenges. That fountain area has become my go to spot for thinking and unwinding. This place represents consistency in the best way possible. Good ice cream, friendly service, and a perfect location that feels like the heart of the community. Whether you're a kid trying ice cream for the first time or an adult looking for a moment of simple pleasure, this Ben Jerry's delivers every time."

"The ice cream was amazing, as B&J's always is. Had to wait a really long time as only one group is allowed at a time. There was one group ahead of us but we waited over 10 minutes.
