"Truly one of the worst ice cream experiences of my life. I walked into this location around 8pm on August 31st to be immediately bombarded with the racket of construction machines. My friend and I both ordered dirt cake in chocolate dipped cones, and the employee informed us that he would have to put it in a cup with the cone on top because the ice cream was “too soft.” “Too soft” was an complete understatement… this nonsense was the equivalent of ice cream soup and somehow totaled to $20?!?!Here’s a crazy suggestion if you’re going to sell ice cream at $10/serving then perhaps you could ensure that it has the consistency of ice cream… rather than tomato bisque."
