"Visited this location just last night, which was a very busy Saturday night. Will start with the negatives and end on a positive note. They just recently remodeled and the place looks great...it would look even better if there wasn 't trash all over the floor, and trash cans filled to the brim everywhere. From napkins to whole slices of pizza, the floor had it all. Watch your step. All of the unofficial birthday parties take up most of the tables/booths. I 'm not complaining that there were unofficial parties there, I understand being on a budget, but between them and the few regular guests, most of the tables were taken. It took us a bit to find a table, and I believe some people that came in after us couldn 't find a seat at all. Most of the games weren 't working either. I scanned my card on ALL the skeeball machines and not a single one worked. People were mostly taking up the photo booth near the prize counter as it was one of the few working "games. "Only one of the soda machines were working, and the floor around it was sticky and filled with trash. No lids for the cups, and I didn 't even want to touch the straw dispenser, if I 'm being honest. As for the pros, pizza was great (it was the whole reason we came to begin with). I thought that the quality would decrease because of the amount of demand they had, but not at all. The employees were very nice; they were definitely doing their best for the amount of people they had.If at all possible, visit their next nearest location in Hialeah; it 's smaller but loads cleaner. Their Sunrise location is alright"

"It was 6:00. Of course she has it LOVED! Your friends had a great time. However, it was not the careless bday experience promoted. For example, they were not very well organized at all. They had a kind of problem with another party at the same time, so we just had to sit and wait 20 minutes while they found things out. They didn't give my party their balloons, even though there were balloons sitting at an empty table over us, that I think we were sitting there for us, but the girl just forgot to bring them out, so they just sat there in the empty table. You have completely forgotten to leave my child in the ticket broker, instead of this experience it was offered only 200 points, although I asked to go on and make them the spotlight. The guests stood around and waited for about 30 minutes in all, before they finally had the tickets ready, and since they made the food last, my guests literally stood straight. I miss the days of the coins because you could buy an extra-100 and hand it over to the guests, but these cards they use now cut it out. The games are also a bit high. I wanted to buy a 31.00 lot of 90 and put some on several cards, they guy rudely told me that 's like 3 games everyone, he was just 't friendly or helpful. I got the 90 and put it on 3 cards, don't know the card and spool costs $3 extra per. Since none of their parties come with a good deal for adult guests, I ordered their 41.00 special, which gave my guests pizza and drinks... we ate of napkins because I could 't catch my party host to plates. And when STAR the show actually meant that my child shared the stage with 3 other parties and their name was mentioned at the end. Repent about 215.00 at a 6 day party that would have been good if all the other things were 't so messed up, that is still less than any other place in Jonesboro, but I think I would have the 260.00 Hyjinx party where you have actually planned everything so that you just arrive and enjoy. I was so stressed that I could not even enjoy the day, fortunately the children were in the sky as soon as they finally got their cards, so that waiting was quickly forgotten and for my 6yo it was still the best day ever. Not likely another party here. The pizza was good and the games that worked were funny."

"This was my grandson’s first visit to Chucky Cheese and it was spectacular. The last time I was there was when I took his mother for her 5th birthday. I was so impressed with our experience and my grandson had an amazing time. He enjoyed meeting new friends, playing any game that caught his attention, running free through the area and he thought the pizza was the best he ever had. The highlight of his visit was when Chucky came around to interact with all of the kids. Our visit was February 20th and he still mentions the thrill of hugging Chucky. I appreciated that Chucky spent the amount of time he did with each child; he was so kind and patient. Because I had not been there in decades, I had plenty of questions and the young man at the counter was knowledgeable, helpful and beyond patient. He explained the policy of the hand stamp, explained the options available with the Chucky Card, the procedures for ordering our food and the prizes for the points. I approached him several times with more questions and he was very helpful. I wish I could remember the young man’s name (young, tall with dark hair) and I hope he is there the next time we go so I can thank him for making our initial visit so memorable. One final comment is about the cleanliness. Everything from the restrooms, the booths, the games and controllers, counters and even the carpets were extremely clean. It was a pleasure being there."

"I'm rating it a four because my son and his friends had a great time and honestly that's what matters. However, I'm not thrilled with some of the things that happened or didn't happen. We felt rushed, it felt very unorganized. Our server was all over the place. We had a party there last year and last years server was very attentive and communicative. Today's server not so much.. she tried her best but she was all over the place. I honestly felt very pressured. Which isn't what I expected. The amount we paid I should of been able to relax but I felt so bad for my server I tried to step up to elevate things for her. I wasn't happy as soon as I walked in I was being asked ice cream flavors for my guest who hadn't even arrived yet. I wasn't thrilled my son was left in the ticket blaster machine as they were trying to work on it. Instead of asking him to step out. When a comment was made about him being left in there. We were told oh we can get him out but still left him in there. Then towards the end it was a rush to clean our table the young man was trying to throw the take home cups out. My father in law stopped him and grabbed the cups. All in all besides feeling extremely rushed and some things not going the way we expected it to our son and his friends had an amazing time. And when you have a young child who has been stuck at home and had been pulled from school due to an rare autoimmune illness. You appreciate the little things that make him happy. So I appreciate chuck e cheese for helping make his birthday special. I just wish it went better."

"The President. - The next item is the report (Doc. We went on 11/17/22 for my daughters 4 and, while we were barely, there was a situation that broke out between some employees, I am pretty sure if the cameras work you will be able to see the change that I do not think it is even appropriate for a children's environment to have the language and that kind of personal problems happen, while children should nevertheless be present during a birthday party. Apart from this very unpleasant experience, my two children are affected with a high fever and diarrhea a few days after participating in this special chuckechee. We visit this company constantly throughout the Bay Area, but we felt like this time we would like to try this place, all machine handles were very filled with fat on touch. I'm not sure if it was from earlier this day, but we've specifically decided for a time and day where we knew it wasn't at all to make my children enjoy the machines. And while it wasn't busy, whatever there were about two more families in the entire facility, I don't think there were any sanitation methods at this particular time or day, or at least during our 3 hours visit, which led to my children being very ill. You are a pediatrician suggesting that this could have been from the collection of bacteria from this visit. I am only very annoyed that this specific visit has left us with such things and so a different experience than any other time visiting a Chuckese. I hope that through the exchange of experience this place will be able to work on some things that are very critical for children? Security based on physical change, which would have been horribly wrong in the presence of children until the safety and importance of maintaining a clean sanitation environment SAFE for children."
